Pre-eminent Sydney brewers One Drop are synonymous with out the gate beer creations. After our individual beers combined for 1st, 2nd and 3rd at Beervana 2023 we just had to join forces to break the 2024 festival. Introducing our most decadent beer to date...a liquid freshly baked cinnammon roll. Made with mountains of caramel and biscuit malts, imported vanilla beans and gently toasted cinammon sticks, then conditioned with marshmallows and hints of cold brewed coffee. Nothing short of astonishing to smell and taste, it's like transporting yourself to a Swedish bakery on a Saturday morning.

Oat Kuiture is Kereru?s version of a Dutch Kuit beer, but hopped with freshly harvested NZ Waimea hops. Our kuit is unfiltered, copper in colour, and the fresh hops offer notes of pine and citrus ? for a delicious dance in your mouth.

Over at Bach we've been on the hops again ... brewing up our latest batch for the annual NZIPA challenge at Smith's Crafthouse in Queenstown. 

As Kiwi as a bungy jump in Budgie smugglers, our all-star all-NZ IPA is jammed with new season Nelson grown Riwaka, Nectaron, Nelson Sauvin and Motueka hops, all nestled on juicy Gladfield malts, harvested from the Canterbury plains.

With so many hop heavy hazy IPA's taking the descriptor of pineapple we thought why not boost this with actual pineapple. Nothing better than the real thing for making flavour and aroma! We took a nice, light and sweet malt base with plenty of creamy oats and a bit of lactose and created a hazy IPA by stuffing it full of pineapplely hops. Nectaron, citra and simcoe. Then when it wasn't quite finished we then stuffed it with 15kg of Freeze dried pineapple - equivalent to 150kg of fresh pineapple! Pouring a beautiful light yellow colour with a clean haze, this beer is juice-centric and has plenty of tangy pineapple flowing out mixed in with some stonefruit and pine notes. A full body, lots of fruit flavour and a mellow bitterness round of the flavour.

6.1% ABV.

The N.E.I.P.A style of beer is the OG unfiltered hazy. With minimal bittering hops but lots of fruity hops, some added at high krausen (middle of fermentation). With the popularity of our hazy beer, we thought we'd revisit our N.E.I.P.A trilogy and add another chapter

To brew this vibrant Hazy IPA we have brought over a huge dose of Australian Vic Secret and Enigma hops to deliver a sensational flavour profile bursting with juicy Pineapple, White Grape, Pine and Rock Melon.

We loaded this stunning hop combo onto a base of New Zealand Light Lager malt enhanced with layers of fluffy wheat for a smooth and hazy body which supports the vibrant Aussie hops.
