Hāpi Sessions 2026, three collaborations, three breweries at the top of their game, three beers, each showcasing a different hop forward style in a playful ‘freestyle’ interpretation of a beer style that helped to make each brewery famous. San Francisco’s legends of lupulin, Cellarmaker, beam down to unleash an Interstellar Burst of hop forward flavour. Cold WCIPA, IPL, California Pils, call it what you like, cold fermentation and new Hāpi Research hop variety NZ05, Southern Cross, Peacharine and Mosaic, delivers massive luscious tropical fruit aromatics and crisp, clean, punchy bitterness.

Hazy Pale Ale with a fresh and fruity burst from an eclectic mix of NZ and US hops. We kept it pretty relaxed on the ABV but it still jams out a punch for you hazy heads. A chill brew to make the birds sing whether the sun is shining or not.

Ignition sequence start. Luna Genesis marks the maiden launch of Australia's new Luna® hop - an orbit of luminous haze and cosmic aroma. Expect waves of ripe melon, citrus sherbet, and a soft, tropical glow, wrapped in a pillowy, juice-forward body. This Hazy IPA lifts off with a smooth, low bitterness and finishes with a radiant, lingering haze. Retro rockets, analog dials and hyperspace ambition - crack a can and drift into flavour space. countdown complete. Lift-off achieved.

Citrus, passionfruit, berries and stone fruit aromatics from the Strata CGX, Mosaic Cryo and Riwaka hops with a dank undercurrent of resinous pine and woody spice from Medleaf’s Sour Diesel terpene oil blend.

Emerson’s are thrilled to have made the Otago Nuggets and Southern Hoiho team this season. While they do the hooping, we do the hopping. Sending out an all star, all American line-up of Citra, Mosaic and Cascade hops, to keep your taste buds on their toes. Hoops is the perfect balance of malt and hop, with aromas and flavours of berry, tropical fruit and pine. You might just be looking at this year’s MVB.

Iron Claw - Hazy Triple IPA - 10.5%

Step into the neon-lit arena where 90s hiphop swagger meets futuristic mecha might - Iron Claw prowls the high-tech sprawl as the latest cyborg guardian in our series, joining Pandamonium and Snake Pit. Half traditional, half future tech - these cryo hops are here to scratch that itch for something razor sharp, yet silky smooth.

Flavours: A powerhouse hop lineup leans US-heavy with Nectaron for NZ punch - Mosaic Cryo layers intense tropical fruit, blueberry, tangerine, peach, and subtle dank earthiness; Ekuanot adds strong citrus, papaya, mango, berry, and herbal sage notes; Krush Cryo brings ripe mango, guava, orange, peach, and light resin; Nectaron seals it with pineapple, passionfruit, peach, and citrus. The result is a silky strike of tropical fury that'll have you roaring for more.

Bright skies, warm sand, and a breeze that smells like summer, welcome to the Islands of Paradise. This unfiltered pale ale bursts with lush passionfruit and ripe stonefruit aromas, layered over a hint of citrus zest.

Smooth, light, and softly hazy, it rolls across the palate with gentle sweetness and a clean, dry finish that keeps you coming back for another sip. Fresh, juicy, and easygoing. A little slice of paradise in every sip.

A hallucinatory, mind-bending, consciousness-expanding, dream-like experience is not what you'll find in this can. It’s just a beer, man. But, this cloudy IPA does have a gnarly hit of Riwaka, Simcoe, and Mosaic hops, with a tropical citrus flavour, and a totally piney finish. At least it’s a trip for your taste-buds. Far out.

CHARRED PINEAPPLE SOUR 5.7%

Tropical and zesty, kettle-soured beer is bringing luxurious summer vibes to the party with fresh pineapple, peach and passionfruit aromatics from the Galaxy hops. We couldn’t resist adding grilled pineapple to the brew to add a layer of caramelised sweetness and just a wisp of smokiness. Oats and wheat in the grain bill bring a balanced creaminess to every sip and round out those tart, juicy flavours!

This little stocking stuffer is sure to jingle your bells. A hazy holiday treat showcasing a fresh hop combo dolcita and krush – bringing bursts of pineapple, peach, mango and a touch of cream. Santa’s little helper snuck in a few drops of krush hyper boost, sure to tickle your bells.
