Emerson’s are thrilled to have made the Otago Nuggets and Southern Hoiho team this season. While they do the hooping, we do the hopping. Sending out an all star, all American line-up of Citra, Mosaic and Cascade hops, to keep your taste buds on their toes. Step into the neon-lit arena where 90s hiphop swagger meets futuristic mecha might - Iron Claw prowls the high-tech sprawl as the latest cyborg guardian in our series, joining Pandamonium and Snake Pit. Half traditional, half future tech - these cryo hops are here to scratch that itch for something razor sharp, yet silky smooth.

Flavours: A powerhouse hop lineup leans US-heavy with Nectaron for NZ punch - Mosaic Cryo layers intense tropical fruit, blueberry, tangerine, peach, and subtle dank earthiness; Ekuanot adds strong citrus, papaya, mango, berry, and herbal sage notes; Krush Cryo brings ripe mango, guava, orange, peach, and light resin; Nectaron seals it with pineapple, passionfruit, peach, and citrus. The result is a silky strike of tropical fury that'll have you roaring for more.

New England haze meets English session sensibility. Please & Thank You, contemporary ‘New English’ hazy pale ale. Brewed with Golden Promise malt, wheat and oats with a generous addition of Peacharine, Citra & Mosaic hops for extra smooth mouthfeel, juicy fresh cut peaches & cream flavour and lifted citrus and bright fruit candy aromatics. Cheers.

A hallucinatory, mind-bending, consciousness-expanding, dream-like experience is not what you'll find in this can. It’s just a beer, man. But, this cloudy IPA does have a gnarly hit of Riwaka, Simcoe, and Mosaic hops, with a tropical citrus flavour, and a totally piney finish. At least it’s a trip for your taste-buds. Far out.

Amarillo- The second release in our Huhu Hazy series, showcases Amarillo hops. Bright and aromatic with notes of orange, tangerine and apricot, backed by subtle floral tones. A smooth pillowy body and natural carbonation deliver a juicy, citrus-forward haze experience.

CHARRED PINEAPPLE SOUR 5.7%

Tropical and zesty, kettle-soured beer is bringing luxurious summer vibes to the party with fresh pineapple, peach and passionfruit aromatics from the Galaxy hops. We couldn’t resist adding grilled pineapple to the brew to add a layer of caramelised sweetness and just a wisp of smokiness. Oats and wheat in the grain bill bring a balanced creaminess to every sip and round out those tart, juicy flavours!

CHARDONNAY BARREL-AGED

IMPERIAL PILSNER 7.4%

Aged in chardonnay barrels to bring out the white wine, gooseberry, citrus and passionfruit aromatics from the Nelson Sauvin, Hallertau Blanc and Riwaka hops. Finishing dry from the addition of Champagne yeast.

This little stocking stuffer is sure to jingle your bells. A hazy holiday treat showcasing a fresh hop combo dolcita and krush – bringing bursts of pineapple, peach, mango and a touch of cream. Santa’s little helper snuck in a few drops of krush hyper boost, sure to tickle your bells.
