Amber is made with an unusual technique for white wine. White grapes are fermented on skins, as one would for a red, left to macerate for the winter, then pressed the following spring. No fining, no filtering. The result is a complex and textured wine, naturally cloudy, with body, and plenty of soul.

Despite the technological advances, this beer is brewed according to ancient tradition and unites, as before, the best raw materials from the soil as ripe barley and fine hops, to preserve a maximum of pure flavor. This beer was originally brewed for the Knights of the Golden Fleece in 1491.

Full graceful tenderness, with a clean and neat taste, this beer will enchant you: matured in the bottle, exclusively obtained from pale malt, highly fermented and 100% natural. With a full-bodied flavor that still works thirst quenching, thanks to a balanced hopping.

Fear not, Lactose Santa has been to sprinkle the goods on top - with a sack full of lactose, Multi-Stacked Oats™, and a sneaky ol’ bag of Icing Sugar!

Except for different (experimental) barrel use - this is a near replica of the McArthur Ridge Southern Tor Pinot Noir 2022 which won "Best in Show" at the Decanter World Wine Awards 2024 and made by winemaker Matt Connell. A very limited release, offering all the quality and complex flavours of its predecessor. Very limited.

Brewery Het Anker decided to brew an easy drinkable city beer for the Mechelenians, still peppy enough in order to enjoy it to the fullest. We brew a heroic beer called Maneblusser.

Champagne Irroy was founded in 1820 and has been owned by Champagne Taittinger since 1955.

Aromatic, rich and fruity with a deliciously crisp palate. The Extra Brut NV, is an elegant yet characterful Champagne, with a lightness of touch that makes it a perfect aperitif or party tipple. It is a blend of 30% Chardonnay (finesse and elegance), 50% Pinot Noir and 20% Pinot Meunier (structure, richness, fruitiness and a smooth mouthfeel), and is aged for a minimum of two and a half years before release.

At Bumbu Rum Company, we handcraft our rums from a blend of sugarcane selected from eight countries throughout the West Indies and South America.

Our rum is aged up to 15 years to achieve exceptional balance and smoothness, without sacrificing richness and complexity that makes our Barbados distillery’s rum the world’s best.

This creating a sweeter style Rum with an abundance of Caramel, banana and spice. 

Bumbu Rum also recently received a Gold Medal in the 2018 Melbourne International Spirits Competition.

5.2% – 440ml

A blend of Pale Ale and Crystal malts, combined with generous quantities of choice kiwi and US hops provide dominant citrus and pine flavours, underpinned by more delicate floral and stonefruit aromas.

This beer is made in the traditional Belgian way i.e. a grist of 40% raw wheat and 60% malted barley, a turbid mash, aged hops, a long boil, spontaneously fermented (the wort is cooled overnight in an open tray allowing wild yeast and bacteria to inoculate it), aged in oak barrels for at least 1 year and then refermented on honeyberries for 2mths before packaging. The whole process takes about 2 years.
Karamu Honeyberry is ready to drink after about four months of conditioning. However, although it continues to evolve, it remains great drinking for many years.
