Howdy partner, are you ready to buck up and double down? This hombre is taking all the flavours of the big dawgs and dropping it low. The juicy tropical fruit of mango and passion fruit combined with the kick of habanero chillis to kick it up a notch!

This wild ferment was a Hawkes Bay mission. Broken van, stranded staff, grapes fermenting where they shouldn’t… it nearly broke us. But out of the chaos came something special; a wild sour brimming with funky Brett character, tannish Malbec grapes, and a crisp, clean finish. Proof that hard work (and a little madness) really does pay off.

The Legend of The Wild One is a complex and rich story, much like the beer that bears its name. Brewed with wild yeast, this sour brown ale is aged in wooden wine foeders for up to eight months, giving it distinct tart and fragrant flavors, with aromas of ripe cherry, apple and a bit of funk.

Shoes off, shades down. We’ve gone full tropical trouble (again). This Hazy is packed full of Sabro hops and coconut milk, heading straight for a lagoon of piña colada hazy pleasure. Sunshine in a can, no sunscreen required.

Roll with the punches like a Midnight Roller —a triple-fruited kettle sour that weaves together ripe strawberry, sun-kissed peach and juicy mango in a swirl of bright tartness. A ribbon of agave syrup adds soft sweetness, while a hint of rose water lends an ethereal floral lift. Creamy lactose tames the edges, giving each sip velvet depth before a crisp, puckering finish. This bewitching blend balances kettle-sour zing with lush, dessert-like indulgence making these sub tins perfect for nocturnal adventures. Hoooo!

8.1% - 'Double Dip' Fruited Sour

Two Bites, oak barrel aged beer, fermented with our own house culture and then ‘double dipped’ with Boysenberries and Blueberries for a rich colour, deep, soft fruit flavour and bright berry aroma. Go on, have another bite.

The Long Run is made with our newest pal Dan at Mount Holly Beer in Vermont, USA. After meeting at NZ hop harvest and geeking out over NZ hops, brewing process, and the importance of water, Dan decided to fly home via Sydney and help us replicate something as close to the rolling green hills of Vermont as we can get. With a huge focus on water, we’ve done our best to replicate the soft, cloud-like aqua of the North East using our in-house RO water system, along with a metric bucket load of fresh NZ hop cones to complement this big, juicy, hop-to-face-smacking lupulin monster. Its different, in a freedom kind of way.

Meet Me There is a brand-new ice cream-style fruited sour made with some of our favourite fruits and coolest techniques. Obtusively packed with blueberry, strawberry and banana, we’ve then gone and layered this huge fruiting rate with a generous serving of burnt brown sugar, cinnamon donuts, and vanilla ice cream. It’s nothing but a good thang - meet us there!

Get ready for the grand reveal—TADAAA! Velvety vanilla ice cream meets tangy strawberry and raspberry coulis perched on a buttery graham cracker base.
