Barrel aged sour with Apricot, Nectarine and Peaches [6.3%]
For this beer, we blended three barrels together to make an amber
mixed ferment sour base. Two barrels were an amber mixed ferment
saison and one barrel was a spontaneously fermented sour ale. To
this blend, we added 450g/L of whole peaches, nectarines, and
apricots. The result is a complex, funky, tart, and fruity beer
with supporting structure from the oak barrels.

An adventure into the wild world of dragons(fruit) delivers us a science fictional type pour of a pink and purple milkshake. The aroma is a mash-up of strawberry and pear from the dragon fruit and earthy sweetness from the blueberries. The flavour is tangy bright fruits on a rich full body. The finish is long and creamy with a subtle cleansing tartness. An adventure in a glass that will make your eyes glow and nostrils flare in excitement.

CHARDONNAY BARREL-AGED

IMPERIAL PILSNER 7.4%

Aged in chardonnay barrels to bring out the white wine, gooseberry, citrus and passionfruit aromatics from the Nelson Sauvin, Hallertau Blanc and Riwaka hops. Finishing dry from the addition of Champagne yeast.

Pouring a vibrant reddish-purple, this sour draws you in with its striking colour and layered aromatics. Jasmine drifts gently through the glass, frolicking across the senses with soft floral tones that lift and brighten. On the palate, ripe boysenberry brings a lush, juicy & tart edge, while cacao lingers in the background with a subtle, silky richness. Rather than dominating, each element works in quiet harmony - berry and chocolate complementing, jasmine weaving delicately through - creating a refreshingly nuanced sour with depth, vibrancy, and balance.

Indulge in Mr Pleasure a luscious triple-mango extravaganza starring Kensington Pride, Calypso and R2E2, all swirled into a velvety smoothie base. We then fold in ripe Coffs bananas and dollops of  Frosty Boy soft-serve  vanilla ice cream for that signature creamy lift. Heckin' Wowzers! Finally, we rain down a confetti of 100s & 1000s for a playful pop of colour and sweetness. The result - unapologetic dessert decadence in every sip—smooth, fruity and utterly dope.
