The Source Rosehip Gin is forged by the four seasons that blow through the Cardrona Valley in the Southern Alps, New Zealand. A natural matrix of locally foraged rosehip, together with traditional juniper, coriander seed, angelica root, lemon and orange zest, vapour-distilled into our Single Malt Spirit. We refuse to chill-filter to deliver you full flavour and character. Because THE SOURCE is non-chill-filtered, you will notice the spirit clouds with dilution or when cold - a mark of distinction for this very rare and special drop.

Four Pillars x Yarra Yering BLOODY UNDERHILL SHIRAZ GIN is back and dare we say, even better. This single vineyard release is the combination of two of the best known Shiraz products from the Yarra Valley: one the region’s finest Shiraz vineyard, Yarra Yering’s Underhill and the other, our Bloody Shiraz Gin. Intense, dark and slightly bitter it is truly a gin drink like no other.

The continuous distillation and maturation process takes place in Trinidad, the southernmost island of the Caribbean. STOLEN Gold Rum matures for a minimum of four years in individually chosen charred American oak bourbon barrels.

 A selection of light and heavy molasses-based rums are then carefully blended by hand. The result is a golden amber hue with butterscotch and cinnamon spice aromas on the nose with a smooth and buttery finish in the mouth.

Rock Rose Gin gets its wonderful flavour from a carefully selected and put together creation of local and traditional botanicals. Each one meticulously chosen for their flavour properties to create the perfect taste.

After fifty five experiments by Martin & Claire the final recipe was chosen to give a wee taste of Caithness and the very first batch was distilled on the 17th August 2014.

Cuervo 1800: Golden with brown tones. Full attack, but light agave intensity. Sencillo.Lots of caramel and vanilla aromas, to the point of cream soda in the nose. Sweet withmedium mouth feel. Nutty, caramel flavors. More delicate than Cuervo Gold.

Bombay Sapphire Premier Cru, meaning best growth, is a small-batch gin that celebrates the most vibrant and aromatic citrus in the world. In southeast Spain, where the finest Murcian lemons, mandarins and sweet Navel oranges grow, we work closely with local suppliers and farmers to sustainably source the most exquisite citrus for our Premier Cru Gin. During the late seasons annual harvest, using techniques passed down through generations, our dedicated suppliers and farmers handpick and hand-peel each fruit at its most ripe and allow them to dry naturally under the Mediterranean sun, capturing only the brightest, most aromatic citrus oils that harvest has to offer.

The newest member of the core range: a stand-alone, honed and perfected Fresh Yuzu Gin. A bright, aromatic and (yes) fresh dry gin made with locally-grown yuzu and inspired by adventures overseas.

A gin born from a rogue hop finding its way into a batch of gin. Showcasing floral Nelson Sauvin Hops with grapefruit tones, this gin carries a bold, round mouthfeel bringing unique New Zealand flavours to life. Combining the best of what brewing and distilling has to offer this unique local gin is surprising and full.  

This is a recipe inspired by the diversity of our land: Oaxaca. We use our GAD agave spirit as the base, then we macerate the 8 botanics: juniper and 7 botanics from Oaxaca: avocado leaf, yerba santa, cacao and Oaxaca tangerine amongst others; then we make a triple distillation.

This is a Gin made with local ingredients as a homage to the diversity of our region.

Notes ? There is a balance between the avocado, yerba santa and the juniper with a final touch of agave.

Since 1962, Herradura has been proud to offer this delicious aged tequila.
