Havana Club Anejo 3 Anos is a white rum, smooth and light, aged naturally for 3 years to reveal an intense aroma.

Its complex flavour has established it as the ideal rum for cocktails in Cuba such as the Mojito and the Daiquiri.

Named after naturally-occurring swimming holes created by holes formed in limestone bedrock. Cenote A?ejo Tequila spends a year maturing in American oak barrels before bottling. Created by master distiller Arturo Fuentes and master blender Alejandro Garcia P?ez using blue agave which has matured for at least 6 years.

Tasting Notes: Chocolate truffle, clove, anise, green pepper, orange oil, tree sap, honey.

The first Rum from LWF Distillery. This clean white rum is created by fermenting Molasses from Bundaberg, Queensland Australia with a specialty yeast, in beautiful clean New Zealand rainwater. The completed ferment is then transferred to the pot still for its first distillation.

This ‘wash run’ is then combined with one other wash run to go through the rectifying column – the spirit run. The spirit run is where all the purification happens – the spirit comes off at between 94-98 abv. Its clean and ready to settle for a couple of weeks before being reduced to 40%, with 5 times filtered New Zealand rainwater for bottling.

This is a fresh rum, with clean flavour and just enough distinct back flavour to be enjoyed in any of your classic cocktails.

Aged for seven years and bottled at 107 proof, this is Bourbon (whiskey) for the stout of heart. A marvelous a?ejo made from a blend of light and heavy molasses-based rums aged for a minimum of 8 years in charred American oak bourbon barrels. Angostura® 1919 rum possesses a rich, golden-amber hue with excellent clarity. The rum exudes a complex bouquet brimming over with aromas of cocoa, molasses, caramel and vanilla. It is remarkably soft and well rounded as the rum glides over the plate without a hint of harshness or biting edge. This was a surprise when it was released in 2018 as the distillery was closed from 1993 onwards and finally dismantled in the early 2000s. It was matured in refill American oak hogsheads and bottled at a cask strength 52.1% and the result is a lively vibrant expression with pastry, green apples and coconuts at the fore. Always a pleasure to sample  malt from a ghost distillery knowing that nothing quite like it will ever be produced again.

Distilled in 2010 and bottled in 2025 after 14 years of maturation, it’s finished in a first-fill Pedro Ximénez (PX) sherry cask (cask #168) and released at a powerful 56.6%—ideal for fans of cask-strength Speyside with rich, dark-fruit intensity.

An exciting new limited edition release from the Ardnamurchan distillery sees their peated and unpeated whisky matured in a medley of ex-sherry casks. The reddish, mahogany colour shows the woods influence, offering up both sweet and savoury tones with flavours of salted peanut brittle, sticky spare ribs and rich raisin slice. A complex and gentle coastal peat smoke pokes through at times, with notes reminiscent of old fireplaces and sea-side tarry rope.
