Unit price perReleased in 2013, Thorfinn is part of The Warrior Series, a collection of single malts created for Duty-Free to both introduce a key figure from Orkney’s Viking history and to demonstrate the impact of cask type on our whisky’s flavour, which is immense.
Created using a high proportion of first-fill sherry seasoned European and American oak casks, Thorfinn delivers a deep and complex array of flavours. Think fiery ginger fusing with sun-dried fruits and fistfuls of spice, all emboldened by our signature smokiness.
Highland Park - The 16 year old Wings of the Eagle is a celebration of Orkney’s wild island climate. Its spicy and elegant character reveals a sophisticated combination of flavours, layered as intricately as the feathers of an eagle’s wing.

Unit price perCombining a splendid blend of single malt whiskies (it is thought from Glenturret, Highland Park and Macallan), Naked Malt is allowed to mature in first-fill Oloroso sherry casks. The name refers to the fact that the casks have never held whisky before, meaning that all that rich, fruity sherry goodness is imparted straight into this tasty blend! Nice and versatile, it's a solid sipper and ideal to have handy when mixing up some cocktails!
Nose: Smooth and oily with notes of cherry compote, buttered granary toast, malt, custard and peach.
Palate: Sherried and thick with notes of sultanas, sticky toffee pudding, raspberry jam, Victoria sponge, custard and crème caramel.
Finish: Medium, with notes of cocoa, oak and just a soupcon of smoke on the very tail.

Unit price perA single cask whisky from the White Oak distillery based in Hyogo Japan. Uncoloured and non-chill filtered, the warm colour belies real sherry sweetness with beautiful complexing earthy notes and hints of black tea. The finish is long with further spice, chocolate and a hint of marmalade.
Kaiyo is a negotiant bottler started by a drinks group led by former Asahi employee Mr. Watanabe who was able to purchase "teaspooned" malt whisky barrels from an unnamed Japanese whisky supplier via his connections in the industry ("teaspooning" is when a distiller adds a teaspoon of another whisky into the barrel before selling it, thus preventing the purchaser from claiming it as a single malt from that distillery). The whiskies are purchased as teaspooned new make (unaged distillates) and then put into Japanese Mizunara oak barrels from Ariake, considered one of the best manufacturers in the world.
A fruity, zesty and softly-smoky Japanese whisky, matured in mizunara oak casks. Aromas of orange peel, jasmine, soft cedar and coastal air fill the nose. The palate offers notes of earthy coffee, green apples, black tea and fresh herbs, with hints of cinnamon pastries and mango that linger in the finish.
Glen Scotia is one of only three distilleries based in Campbeltown on the Kintyre peninsula.

Nose - Bracing Atlantic breeze gives strong maritime influence.
Palate - Red apple and tangy orange peel with vanilla syrup and caramel sweetness.

Unit price perSituated on the remote Hebridean Island of the same name, Raasay Distillery was founded in 2014. While the island is no stranger to distilling, Raasay is the first legal distillery to be built there. With fewer than 200 inhabitants, Raasay is a tight knit community, the distillers aim to be at one with the island, bottling on site and employing many locals.
The Raasay Hebridean Gin is distilled in the old way, using malted barley spirit three times distilled in a pot still. Unusually the juniper is harvested on the island itself, complimented by botanicals such as rhubarb root, cubeb, angelica root, and sweet orange peel.
