Lazy Days Lychee Gin is an ode to those days where you ?should be? doing lots but are deciding stuff it, adult responsibilities can wait while you do whatever the hell you want.  It?s different for all of us what these days look like; for some it?s a day tramping up a mountainside, for others it?s endless episodes of trash reality tv. Whatever your lazy day looks like, this is the gin for it.

42% Alc./Vol.

An excellent blend of rums aged for up to 8 years in white oak casks that previously held scotch whisky and bourbon. Dried fruit and spice on the nose leads to a plate of further dried fruits and vanilla.

With its roots going back to 1788, Smith & Cross and its partners became prominent handlers of Jamaica rum, with extensive cellars along the banks of The River Thames. Throughout the 19th century and into the early 20th century, Jamaica Rum became revered for its deep, full flavours and pleasing aromas. This rum represents the distinctively flavourful and aromatic style that made Jamaican rum famous.

Very aromatic and complex with notes of pipe tobacco, dark chocolate, winter spices, hints of dark fruit, as well as fried banana, a little suggestion of foam banana sweets too!
The palate is thick and rich, massive spice notes carrying forth suggestions of dark fruit, prune, plum wine, vanilla, cedar, unlit cigars, calves leather and musty orange peel.
Long and very warming on the finish, with notes of caramel and pepper on the tail.

Marvellous gin from Normandy, made using a base of French wheat spirit, complemented by the likes of juniper, orange peel and orris. Post distillation, the producers also add a hint of apple essence, helping to bolster the gin's fruity flavour profile.

Cinco Sangria Rum is the blend of our white rum with Unkel’s fruity organic Nelson Pinot Noir, and NZ-grown oranges, cherries, and apples. The amalgamation results in a medium-bodied rum with aromas of orange peel and apple, partnered with big bursts of flavour from cherries and oranges, finished lightly with a hint of dark chocolate.
