Unit price perEl Jimador - There’s no rush when it comes to el Jimador Añejo. It means ‘aged’ in Spanish and we’re proud to call it the best expression of el Jimador we’ve ever made. We double distill the finest blue Weber agave and then mature it in American oak barrels for 12 months to craft this award-winning tequila. It’s rich, full-bodied and packed with deep spice flavors like cinnamon. Pour it slow and savor every sip.
Calle 23 (pronounced Kai-Yay 23) tequila is the result of a journey started in 2003 by French-born biochemist Sophie Decobecq. Sophie’s patience and passion drove her to create a tequila that could first of all satisfy her own palate, then the palates of potential aficionados. Calle 23 is a highland tequila from Jalisco. Highland tequilas are known for their sweetness. Sophie distils each expression separately (Blanco, Reposado, Añejo) using combinations of different yeasts. This is very unusual. The Blanco is a 100% agave tequila, which reflects the purest expression of the pure agave flavour.
Created by master distiller Arturo Fuentes and master blender Alejandro Garcia Páez using blue agave which has matured for at least 6 years. Golden straw in colour with a balance of vanilla and wood on the nose. Cenote reposado is aged fro 3 months in American oak barrels, delivering a round, harmonious palate of vanilla, wood and spice.

Unit price perThe Marca Negra Tobala is a burly Mezcal. Certain batches are greater than 50% ABV and there are few mezcals in the US (especially agave Tobala) with this level of alcohol content. Though the strength of the spirit is unavoidable, the ABV does not overpower this mezcal. There are hints of tropical fruit flavor. As a Tobala, the bar is high and Mezcal Marca Negra has made this a very complex spirit by making it with such a high ABV.
Mezcal Marca Negra is made for all who wish to explore and embrace the ancient traditions of true mezcal. The handprint on the bottle represents the tireless work of the master distillers and the ancient knowledge that marks each and every batch. Marca Negra seeks the purest and most diverse expressions of this fantastic spirit, wherever they made be found. Due to limited batch production, the product line changes constantly. New mezcal varieties are created while others cease to exist. Mezcal Marca Negra is 48% ABV or higher because the mezcal is bottled at the alcohol level preferred by the maestro mezcaleros. Check your bottles for details about each specific batch.
