Del Maguey brings you a collection of Single Village Mezcal made in the lush, remote mountains, plains and valleys of Oaxaca, Mexico.  Each Mezcal is named for the village where it is made.

Vida is extremely mixable.  
Nose:  heightened fruit aromatics, hint of honey and vanilla.  
Palate:  Ginger, Cinnamon, Sandalwood, Banana and Tangerine and roasted Agave with a long, smooth finish.

Del Maguey mezcals are twice distilled and unblended from 100% mature agave Espadin and are produced the original, 500-year old Artisanal, hand-crafted way.  Production is limited to exclusive quantities per year to preserve quality.  There are no chemicals, colorings or additives ever used in any Del Maguey, Single Village Mezcal.

Chichicapa has a medium nose and a complex taste with lots of citrus and a long, smooth finish with overtones of mint.  The pueblo is in a broad open valley with a desert and tropical microclimate.

Espolon - Our tequila Reposado starts off life as Blanco. It’s then rested in lightly charred, new American oak barrels to create a more complex and well-rounded character uniquely Espolòn. This one begs to be shared in cocktails that deserve even greater tequila character.

In its primary aromas, herbs and citric notes are present such as lemon tree leaves and peel there is a minerality and smokiness with slight spice. Cooked agave comes through with caramel and ground ginger notes. And finishes with subtle sweetness and spice.

This mountainous wonderland is the perfect setting for blue agave to flourish, with a Mediterranean climate laden with red clay, mineral rich soil and high elevations. 

The Alba Pura Tequila Blanco is a smooth and slightly sweeter finish with fruit characteristics typical in tequilas of this region. Alba Pure Blanco is a margarita's best friend. Upfront agave aromas with fresh and sharp floral notes.

The Alba Dorado tequila has a smooth and slightly sweeter finish with fruit characters typical in tequilas of this region. Alba Pure Dorado is a soft golden colour. Perfect for sipping or making cocktails. Soft, round caramel notes with a hint of dried herbs and honey.
