This is a fruity, floral sparkling wine and has dominant notes of red fruits and hints of peach, resulting in a delightfully fresh and aromatic bouquet. On the palate it is fresh, tasty and crunchy with a tight and fine bead.

If you like Pinot Noir, you will adore this southern Italian red made from grapes grown high up on the slopes of Etna. 

Nerello Mascalese is the delicate Sicilian rival to Pinot Noir, a seductive indigenous red grape of Mount Etna, the active fiery volcano on which it grows at 900 metres above sea level in this luminous, silky, surprisingly deeply flavoursome but pale coloured red. Grapes in this wine were hand picked, destemmed and fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel vats with ageing in French oak for 12 months.

Bright, shimmering pink. On the nose fresh forest berries, a light citrus scent with spicy undertones. On the palate juicy, crispy with a perceivable saltiness. Clear and fresh on the finish.

'Produced since the 2015 vintage, Vigna Casaccia is fashioned from 30-year-old vines of the BBS11 clone. Reaching 315 metres, the plot is characterised by a high percentage of brown, magnesium-rich clay. Surely the most impressive release yet, the 2019 exhibits the cru’s intrinsic sumptuous character and girth, along with telltale resinous herb nuances of rosemary, thyme and eucalyptus. yet this year, there is an extra spark. Through that expansiveness, an underlying firmness keeps this from overflowing its limits. Plump fruit marked with a mineral lick and terracotta earthiness is all wrapped up in smooth, velvety tannins, and it carries its 15% alcohol with ease and grace. Drink 2026-2041'

Idda Etna Bianco is a white wine from Mount Etna, Sicily, made from the Carricante grape variety. The wine is a collaboration between Italian winemaker Angelo Gaja and grower Alberto Graci and offers real complexity with a firm texture, deep minerality and vibrant acidity. 

Nose - Notes of lemon oils, wild herbs, orange blossom, young peaches, crushed stone, wisteria, cantaloupe and marzipan.

Palate - Tropical citrus, melon, saline hints, florals, peach, passion fruit and papaya.

Castello di Verduno is an historic Piemontese estate that makes classic Barolo and Barbaresco from prime vineyard sites in both appellations. The winery is located in Verduno, the northernmost commune of Barolo.

For their Barbarescos and Barolos, winemaker Mario Andrion prefers 30 to 40 day macerations and extended aging in large Slavonian botti. Their varietal wines see mostly stainless steel aging, with some large botti.

This wine is 100% Nebbiolo grown on Marne di Sant'Agata, which is a combination of sand, clay and limestone. Hand harvested grapes were fermented in stainless steel for 20 days with periodic punching down of the cap, prior to 18 months in large traditional Slavonian oak with three months resting in stainless steel and another 14 months ageing before release. 

Abbazia di Novacella 'Praepositus' Riesling is a dry, white, semi-aromatic wine from Italy's Trentino Alto Adige region. It is a straw yellow colour with golden highlights, and aromas of pineapple, peach, yellow pulp fruit, honey and flint. The palate is linear, racy and savoury, with strong minerality.

The grapes for this wine come from the Conca di Bressanone in the province of Bolzano, at altitudes between 650 and 750 meters above sea level. The wine is vinified and aged in stainless steel, and is a regular winner of the Tre Bicchieri award.

The Abbazia di Novacella wine estate dates back to 1142, and has been an important cultural and spiritual center since medieval times

Vesevo Taurasi 2013 is a red wine from the Campania region of Italy, made from Aglianico grapes. It has a deep ruby red colour, with a pungent nose of plum, red fruit, and savoury hints. It ages in oak for 16 months and a further three in bottle prior to release., resulting in a wine that is spicy on the palate, with firm tannins but a smooth finish. Here it is offered with significant age showing lovely tertiary flavour notes of cedar and further spice.

Tommasi Crearo Veronese IGT is a full-bodied wine made by Giancarlo Tommasi from the vineyards of Conca d'Oro in the Valpolicella Classica zone. It has a deep ruby red color and a rich bouquet of aromas, including violets, ripe cherries, tobacco, and vanilla. The wine is made from 60% Corvina, 15% Oseleta, and 25% Cabernet Franc grapes.
