Chef IPA is the first in our Alimentation Series, a nod to the daily slog & sweat that unfolds daily in pro kitchens everywhere. This ambrosial elixir is a good fit for the post- service flurry of pots, pans & scrubbing with lashings of Idaho 7 & Simcoe in the whirlpool before massive dry-hopping with Citra, Eclipse & Mosaic. Lean additions of NZ pilsner & ale malts keep hops on task with bountiful citrus & tropical notes, smooth bitterness & a fruit- forward resinous finish. Whether you cook for a living or just out back on the grill, we think it’ll hit the spot.

We endeavour to dispatch orders the next business day, couriers can take 1 to 2 business days to deliver to non-rural addresses and 2 to 3 days to deliver to rural addresses.
Exceptions during December:
In December, please allow 3 business days for delivery. The last day for Christmas orders is Monday, 15th December for all South Island and all rural deliveries, and Wednesday, 17th December for North Island non-rural deliveries. After these dates Regional Wines cannot guarantee delivery before 25th December. Bear in mind that business delivery addresses may be shut from Monday 23rd December as Xmas falls on a Thursday.
