Vineyards located on limestone soils in the villages of Fèrebrianges, Etoges, and Congy. An ongoing quest to express a terroir through environmentally friendly viticulture and controlled management of vigor.
The blending of the estate's various blanc de blancs vintages dates back to 2013, with this Solera which stands out for its freshness, composed of equal parts of wine of the year and reserve wine from 2013 to 2020. The vinification and aging on lees are carried out partially in 228-liter barrels.
Sensory analysis: On the nose, a gourmet generosity emerges, embellished with floral notes. On the palate, a creamy texture reveals an elegant structure accompanied by nuances of white fruits such as nectarine and white vine peach.

The last day for Christmas orders is Monday, 15th December for all South Island and all rural deliveries, and Wednesday, 17th December for North Island non-rural deliveries. After these dates Regional Wines cannot guarantee delivery before 25th December. Bear in mind that business delivery addresses may be shut from Monday 23rd December as Xmas falls on a Thursday.
