Based in Courgis, Domaine Alice et Olivier de Moor cultivates organic vineyards across the Chablis appellation. Vau de Vey is a steep Premier Cru site planted on Kimmeridgian limestone soils that produce structured and mineral wines. Fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged in neutral oak barrels with extended lees contact, the wine gains depth while preserving freshness. The warm 2020 vintage delivered ripe fruit balanced by acidity. Compared to Bel Air et Clardy, Vau de Vey shows greater concentration and structure, combining citrus, stone fruit and firm mineral backbone with long ageing potential. http://www.aetodemoor.fr/

Exceptions during December:
In December, please allow 3 business days for delivery. The last day for Christmas orders is Monday, 15th December for all South Island and all rural deliveries, and Wednesday, 17th December for North Island non-rural deliveries. After these dates Regional Wines cannot guarantee delivery before 25th December. Bear in mind that business delivery addresses may be shut from Monday 23rd December as Xmas falls on a Thursday.
