The next generation of talent in the Côte Chalonnaise— Maxime Cottenceau. A native of the village of Buxy, south of Givry, training under one of France’s greatest winemakers and Rully native, Vincent Dureuil-Janthial! Maxime tends just a few acres of vines naturally, following the lunar calendar—wines here are textured, supple, complex and expressive. These exemplary yet very limited wines are a delicious sign of the extraordinary potential of both the appellation of Montagny, and the Côte Chalonnaise overall.
Hand-harvested. Pressed; fermented on indigenous yeasts in barrel (30% new); aged in same barrels for one year, then six months in tank. Soil blend of white limestone and dark clay ( Medium Bodied )

We endeavour to dispatch orders the next business day, couriers can take 1 to 2 business days to deliver to non-rural addresses and 2 to 3 days to deliver to rural addresses.
Exceptions during December:
In December, please allow 3 business days for delivery. The last day for Christmas orders is Monday, 15th December for all South Island and all rural deliveries, and Wednesday, 17th December for North Island non-rural deliveries. After these dates Regional Wines cannot guarantee delivery before 25th December. Bear in mind that business delivery addresses may be shut from Monday 23rd December as Xmas falls on a Thursday.
