Donnafugata Sherazade is a vibrant Sicilian red wine that expresses the freshness and charm of the Nero d’Avola grape, Sicily’s most iconic native variety. Produced by the renowned Donnafugata winery, this approachable and fruit-driven wine captures the lively spirit of the island while delivering exceptional balance and elegance.
In the glass, Donnafugata Sherazade displays a brilliant ruby-red colour with violet reflections. The bouquet offers inviting aromas of ripe cherries, red plums, strawberries, and raspberries. In addition, delicate hints of spice and Mediterranean herbs add complexity and depth.
On the palate, the wine is soft, fresh, and exceptionally approachable. Juicy red berry flavours dominate, while silky tannins provide structure without overwhelming the fruit. Furthermore, its vibrant acidity creates excellent balance and drinkability. Consequently, the finish remains smooth, refreshing, and pleasantly persistent.

We endeavour to dispatch orders the next business day, couriers can take 1 to 2 business days to deliver to non-rural addresses and 2 to 3 days to deliver to rural addresses.
Exceptions during December:
In December, please allow 3 business days for delivery. The last day for Christmas orders is Monday, 15th December for all South Island and all rural deliveries, and Wednesday, 17th December for North Island non-rural deliveries. After these dates Regional Wines cannot guarantee delivery before 25th December. Bear in mind that business delivery addresses may be shut from Monday 23rd December as Xmas falls on a Thursday.
