Fabiano produces its wines in the heart of Valpolicella and works closely with long-standing grape growers. As a result, the winery maintains a deep connection to vineyards that have contributed to its success for generations. Rather than pursuing large production volumes, Fabiano focuses on exceptional quality in every bottle. Furthermore, the winery preserves traditional methods while embracing modern winemaking expertise.
In the glass, Fabiano Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG displays a deep garnet-red colour. The nose reveals aromas of dried cherry, blackberry, sweet spice, cocoa, and subtle tobacco. Meanwhile, the palate offers concentrated fruit flavours, velvety tannins, and remarkable structure. In addition, the long finish adds further complexity and refinement.
