Hundreds of recipes involving Galliano are used worldwide. Galliano is an ideal "marrying" ingredient. It adds no intrusive flavour, but serves to deepen and give character to other ingredients, both ordinary and exotic. It is used both as a digestif and as an ingredient for cocktails, most notably the Harvey Wallbanger. Exceptions during December:
In December, please allow 3 business days for delivery. The last day for Christmas orders is Sunday 15th December for all South Island and all rural deliveries, and the Tuesday 17th December for North Island non-rural deliveries. After these dates Regional Wines cannot guarantee delivery before 25th December.
