The most iconic sake from Hokkaido and it has been a local favorite for more than a century! Our Toji Brewer prepares this delicious sake with crystal clear waters from
the famous Shokanbetsu mountain range using traditional techniques of the
only remaining sake brewery in Northern Hokkaido.
Produced with silky smooth mountain water, this sake has crispy and dry taste with light finish.
Kunimare Kasen is delicious on its own or with oilier, strong-flavoured dishes such as sukiyaki, yakitori, tempura, salted squid, etc.

We endeavour to dispatch orders the next business day, couriers can take 1 to 2 business days to deliver to non-rural addresses and 2 to 3 days to deliver to rural addresses.
Exceptions during December:
In December, please allow 3 business days for delivery. The last day for Christmas orders is Monday, 15th December for all South Island and all rural deliveries, and Wednesday, 17th December for North Island non-rural deliveries. After these dates Regional Wines cannot guarantee delivery before 25th December. Bear in mind that business delivery addresses may be shut from Monday 23rd December as Xmas falls on a Thursday.
