As spring hits, Oktoberfest looms large in Germany. We may be a hemisphere away but crave trad brews nonetheless! This time it?s a nod to the understated grace of beers from Cologne. Our Kolsch style rings in with the trifecta of German malt, German yeast AND German Saaz hops for a delicate, subtle fruitiness slipping in over a crisp, dry finish that?s hard to forget.
