Roger Parkinson has been making one of New Zealand's greatest dry Rieslings for decades now and his consistently flavoursome Nga Waka Riesling is the result. The first vintage was 1993 and was inspired by the great aged Clare Valley Rieslings that Roger first tasted in Adelaide when studying winemaking in South Australia.
Hand picked grapes and cool temperature fermentation in stainless steel both preserve the fruit forward flavours in this wine, making it one of the country's purest, freshest dry whites. Under the radar? Yes. Worth trying? Definitely. If Riesling has yet to make it onto your radar, this wine is the perfect place to start.

We endeavour to dispatch orders the next business day, couriers can take 1 to 2 business days to deliver to non-rural addresses and 2 to 3 days to deliver to rural addresses.
Exceptions during December:
In December, please allow 3 business days for delivery. The last day for Christmas orders is Monday, 15th December for all South Island and all rural deliveries, and Wednesday, 17th December for North Island non-rural deliveries. After these dates Regional Wines cannot guarantee delivery before 25th December. Bear in mind that business delivery addresses may be shut from Monday 23rd December as Xmas falls on a Thursday.
