In the late 1800s, if you walked into a saloon or restaurant and ordered Yellowstone Bourbon, the bartender would’ve poured it from an eye-catching glass decanter embossed with “Yellowstone” and featuring the infamous Yellowstone Lower Falls painted on the front. So, Yellowstone Bourbon is proud to once again turn back to our heritage with Yellowstone Recollection Bourbon. Inspired by our earliest back-of-the-bar bottles, Recollection is an 8-year, 110 proof masterpiece that’s fit for any shelf – whether it’s in 2026 or 1872.

Nose:
Classic Kentucky bourbon notes of vanilla crème brulee, dark cherry, and a hint of charred oak.

Those flavors carry over, along with caramel, butterscotch and sweet cinnamon candy.

Grain notes, mocha and distinctive Yellowstone cherry notes, with spicy, red hot cinnamon candies.

We endeavour to dispatch orders the next business day, couriers can take 1 to 2 business days to deliver to non-rural addresses and 2 to 3 days to deliver to rural addresses.
Exceptions during December:
In December, please allow 3 business days for delivery. The last day for Christmas orders is Monday, 15th December for all South Island and all rural deliveries, and Wednesday, 17th December for North Island non-rural deliveries. After these dates Regional Wines cannot guarantee delivery before 25th December. Bear in mind that business delivery addresses may be shut from Monday 23rd December as Xmas falls on a Thursday.
