The Equilibrium Pinot Noir is 100% grown Wairarapa Pinot Noir from Te Muna Valley in Martinborough

In classic Te Muna fashion, this is all about notes of dark cherry, plum, blackberry, violet and rose, followed by spices, chocolate and vanilla, with well-integrated young tannins and a long, persistent finish.

The natural sweetness of New Zealand’s bush honey paired with fresh and sour cherry juice.

A slightly sweet sparkling session mead made from multi-flora mānuka honey fermented with Ruapehu mountain water.

Created by master whiskey maker Frank McHardy at the most exposed and southerly located distillery on the Atlantic, where conditions are perfect for the maturation of Irish Whiskey. The Pogues Irish Whiskey is a unique blend of 50% 10-year single malt Irish whiskey aged in sherry oak casks and seven year old single malt Irish whiskey aged in bourbon oak casks and 50% four year Irish grain whiskey aged in bourbon oak casks.

On the nose, you’ll experience malt, roasted almonds, spice, and dark chocolate. And on the palette discover citrus, spice, cracked pepper, dark fruit, and a hint of sweetness. All with a delicately balanced finish, rounded and long-lasting. A San Francisco gold award winner three years running.

Disaronno Originale unbeknownst to most is not actually amaretto which is why it has been removed from it’s label. It is amaretto flavored, with a characteristic bittersweet almond taste. Disaronno claims its “originale” amaretto’s “secret formula” is unchanged from the year 1525, and claims the Luini tale as its own particular history. Its production remains in Saronno, but the product is sold worldwide. The company describes its amaretto as an infusion of “apricot kernel oil” with “absolute alcohol, burnt sugar, and the pure essence of seventeen selected herbs and fruits”; the product does not contain any almonds or other nuts.

The fruit contained a mix of four Pinot Noir clones – 777, 115, Abel & UCD5. Fruit was spilt into three fermenters – one containing 100% whole bunch, 70% whole bunch, and the other 100% de-stemmed. Fermented with natural yeast. Gentle winemaking techniques were used to avoid excessive extraction. 23 days on skin, pressed to 100% old French oak barrels. 12 months in barrel, and allowed to undergo malolactic fermentation naturally in spring, before being racked and allowed to naturally settle and integrate in tank. Unfined and unfiltered.

Complex, savoury Pinotage from South Africa (home to this quirky red grape variety). This wine has red fruit flavours, savoury earthy notes and a charred taste on the finish. 

This wine shows inviting aromas of juicy black fruit, mulberries, plums and hints of warm spice. After spending 18 months in barrel, the palate is soft and juicy with well rounded tannins and a long, delicious finish.
