After its smash-hit trial two summers ago, Alta Fresca returns with a vibrant pink glow, pouring like liquid sunset over ice. Juicy ripe strawberry bursts first, chased by a zesty lime snap, all wrapped in crisp white grape and a dry, spritzy fizz that quenches deeper than any beer ever could. Keeping it clean is the general idea behind this 5.5% West Coast Pilsner. Fistfuls of Australian Eclipse and a touch of Cryo pop bestow citrus and pine character with a dusting of tropical fruit. Offered an exclusive oppurtunity to brew with new hop 'Dolcita' gave us the chance to whip out a new volume of our experimental hop series of hazys. This new hop on the scene from the USA offers pronounced peach candy aromas with a bit of pineapple cake and clotted cream. We have paired it with a smidge of our own hand selected nelson grown motueka. Big juicy sweet stonefruit is evident in the beer and is all wrapped up in our signature soft mouthfeel.

A smooth, easy- drinking lager brewed with Canterbury grown malts. Lightly hopped with NZ grown Motueka and European Saaz, which bring bright and crisp flavours. A super refreshing beer with a clean finish.

Pilsner Urquell’s signature flavour balances sweetness from the triple-decocted malt, and bitterness from our Saaz hops. The thick head of dense wet foam adds smoothness and seals in flavour and aroma.

In every sip of Pilsner Urquell you’ll notice a refreshing crispness from natural carbonation, then subtle caramel tones and a clean finish with a pleasing hoppy bitterness

Kaiserdom PILSNER Beer 4.9% Can 1L

PRODUCT OF GERMANY. The classic dry and spicy with a fine hoppy note. Our Pilsener presents itself in the glass Straw-yellow in colour and glossy with elegant ascending carbon dioxide and a snow-white, solid foam. Elegant fresharoma hops initiate the fragrance sypmphony which gradually takes on a hint of summer barley. A fresh, sparkling overture is followed by the slender malt body with a full hop aroma. The finale follows with a long-lasting bitterness and a slightly fruity sweetness.

The result is a proper lager, fermented cold & conditioned for several weeks. A hint of biscuit-like malts & a dash of herbal evergreen hop aroma leads to assertive bitterness for one hell of a crisp, refreshing beer.
