After making one delicious beer with our mates over in WA the thirsty world demanded another. This time they came to us for a brew day and we have created another classic for those demanding dry mouths. Hang time is a punchy full bodied hazy using the goodnes of 2 hops we have never used before in NZ 101 and Alora. This NZ/US combo delivers passion and stonefruit to the moon that is backed up with tingly yuzu and lime zest and some sweet melon smooches.

ABV: 6.5%

A simple, straw-coloured base of New Zealand Pilsner malt and a measure of wheat keeps the mouthfeel delicate yet soft, 5.6% ABV

6.4% - Ruby Red IPA

We’re all at sea for this edition of our hop forward, tattoo inspired ‘Toughie Sticker’ series. Devil to Pay Red IPA. Chest loads of Chinook, Citra, Centennial and Amarillo hops and a carefully selected malt grist creates a luscious rubescent beer awash with pine resin and pink grapefruit. Get inked!

EAST COAST HAZY PILSNER 5.6%

A new style brewed to celebrate 9 years of Urbanaut, with classic pilsner malts alongside wheat and oats, which brings a soft creaminess to every sip while retaining a clean, refreshing finish. Riwaka, Nelson Sauvin and Mosaic Cryo hops deliver juicy notes of grapefruit, gooseberry, berries and tropical fruit on the nose, a fruit salad of aromatics.

We met Theo, the founder, from DEYA in the UK last year at the 2025 harvest, and this year, Gareth, the head brewer was over to hang out amongst the bines. One of the UK's best, these guys make beautiful beer and are all round good humans - it was our pleasure to host them for a collab. We have brewed a West Coast pilsner with a cool point of difference. The first ever pelletised harvest of Garston hops Riwaka. This unique twist adds a sexy tangy depth to aromas of passion, tangerine and old-fashioned lemonade. This is complimented by a crisp, tight and lean base and balanced with an assertive, refreshing bitterness.

ABV: 5.9%

This straw-coloured pilsner is crystal-clear and perfectly hopped, boasting a light taste and a lasting foam head with extra-fine bubbles. This all combines for a moment of pure pilsner enjoyment.

Brain Strain - Chilli Pilsner

A crisp NZ Pilsner brewed with freshly harvested Pacifica hops from NZ Hops farm in Nelson, Tasman. Grown in the heart of NZ’s hop country, they bring a bright, fresh-from-the-field character that shines through a clean, dry, and refreshing pilsner base. Brewed once, enjoyed fresh.
