A dark full-bodied beer that greets you with aromas of coffee and dark chocolate and follows through with hints of vanilla, cherries and a touch of cigar. The finish reveals a surprising blend of richness and warmth with a silky smooth mouthfeel.

Night Ryder is a rich and rewarding chocolate rye stout. Delicious dark roasted malts and American hops deliver outstanding balance along with malted oats for a silky finish.

When chilled, Night Ryder offers subtle coffee notes and as it warms you'll discover rich chocolate flavours and a hint of spice from the rye malt. Enjoy the ride!

The flagship of the O’Hara’s brand, this uniquely Irish stout brings one back to how Irish stouts used to taste. First brewed in 1999, it has since been awarded prestigious honours for its quality and authenticity.

O’Hara’s Irish Stout has a robust roast flavour complemented by a full-bodied and smooth mouthfeel. The generous addition of Fuggle hops lends a tart bitterness to the dry espresso-like finish. This sessionable stout beer is filled with rich complex coffee aromas mingled with light liquorice notes. The combination of traditional stout hops with an extra pinch of roast barley allows us to stay true to Irish tradition, recreating a taste so often yearned for by stout drinkers.

Brewed on the winter solstice of 2024 this is a rich and malt forward Pale Ale for sipping on dark winter evenings. A traditional French farmhouse style usually brewed in winter and bottle-aged until the following winter or even longer for full maturation and enjoyment. Our version is dark copper in colour and incorporates three different rye malts giving a spicy dry feel to this beautiful style. Drink now or keep for up to 3 years.

10% - Coffee Cream Crookie Pastry Stout

C is for Crookie. Crookie Monster Pastry Stout. Mounds of decadently delicious Glou Glou baked Cookie Croissants, loaded into the mash along with almost two tonnes of malt, Supreme Coffee, vanilla beans and a touch of salt. It’s a true monster, dripping with sticky sweet caramel, and brown butter, balanced with black coffee and roast malt. It’s good enough for me.
