Southward Distilling Co. - There is a place where adventure starts.  This wild place is the inspiration for our distillery.  Made up of garden grown, wild and traditional botanicals. We are a modern take on distilling inspired by the wild beauty of New Zealand.

A gin born from a rogue hop finding its way into a batch of gin. Showcasing floral Nelson Sauvin Hops with grapefruit tones, this gin carries a bold, round mouthfeel bringing unique New Zealand flavours to life. Combining the best of what brewing and distilling has to offer this unique local gin is surprising and full.  

A proprietary estate red blend sourced mainly from the warm, inland soils of Bridge Pa Triangle and Gimblett Gravels. Plummy Merlot and spicy Syrah dominant flavours complexed by additions of Tempranillo, Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. Generous, soft, red fruits with easing going drinkability.

Peckham's - Take a really good cider, infuse it with fresh elderflowers, and you have summer in a glass.  Every spring, one of us spends six weeks handpicking wild elderflowers along local Moutere riverbanks to make this fragrant, floral, delicate cider.

Pear, lime zest, almond and cream soda on the nose accentuated in a weighty, textural, aromatic Pinot Gris with fantastic cool climate freshness from a notably cool growing season.

This flavoursome white puts Pinot Gris' best foot forward and shows the high quality wine region of the Waitaki Valley in North Otago at its best.

Eddyline Brewery - Octolupulus takes its inspiration from its Cephalopoda's namesake, the Octopus. These animals not only have 8 tentacles but can camouflage themselves. And just like the Octopus, Octolupulus session hazy IPA camouflages the massive hop profile - with 8 NZ hop varieties utilised plus 100% NZ malts from Gladfields, this beer may appear to be big, but is super crushable.

YELLOWHAMMER

Bright and lively like a parrot, but small and ubiquitous like a sparrow, the Yellowhammer adds a flash of colour and a musical chirp to open spaces all over the country. The way it does a lot with just a little inspires our smooth and refreshing hazy pale ale, streaked with the striking tropical notes of Strata hops.

Made with sweet, tangy apples and fruity notes, this smooth, chewy cider with fresh apples will go perfectly with your fruit pies and other pastries.

Albariño is a classic Galician white grape variety from north western Spain, which thrives in New Zealand and tastes of fabulous aromatic lemon zest with green olive and freshly picked apple aromas. Forrest Estate winemaker Beth Forrest first encountered it in Spain and was smitten immediately. This led to Albarino being brought into New Zealand by Riversun Nurseries in Gisborne and, eventually, to growing in Marlborough where Beth and her famous winemaking father, John, Forrest, both love it and produce this fabulous dry white wine.

This wine shows all the classical Albariño elements with a New Zealand touch of vibrant acidity, white peach, pear, apricots and quince, with an orange zest undertone.

This Twelve Year Old Aberlour has been matured in two cask types.  Traditional oak and Sherry oak casks.  Especially selected every year, they are filled with whisky and quietly aged for a minimum of twelve years; then the casks are married together.

Traditional oak casks encourage the subtle character of Aberlour to develop, whilst Sherry oak casks add hints of ruby gold colour and a deep and rich flavour to the whisky.  A perfectly balanced single malt with notes of fruits and spices.

This regional blend of Burgundian Pinot Noir is new in store and impressive with its clean, fresh, savoury flavours, which underpin its lively red fruit and juicy acidity. This is beautiful drinking right now with firm tannins and adding depth to the mid palate and length of flavour to the finish.
