Coopers XPA is all about ‘extra’ hop flavour whilst being well balanced and easy to drink. With Simcoe and Lemondrop American hops added at different stages of the brewing process we have achieved an optimal bitterness level with bright citrus undertones. Like all of our Ales, XPA is naturally conditioned and free from any additives or preservatives.

The award-winning Nikka Whisky From The Barrel blend is absolutely full of flavour. Bottled at 51.4% ABV. The blend combines both single malt and grain whiskies from the Miyagikyo and Yoichi distilleries, which are then married in a huge variety of casks, including bourbon barrels, sherry butts and refill hogsheads. A huge depth of flavour in this stunning Japanese whisky. 

Nose: Medium-body with good balance. There are notes of cut flowers and fresh fruits, spice and a little oak.

Palate: Full-bodied and punchy. There is plenty of winter spice and toffee, a little caramel and vanilla and a good mouthful of fruit.

Finish: Long, warming and fruity with a little oaken spice.

This complex blend of sweet, bitter and bitter apple cider apples gives a nose to the mixed aromas of fresh fruit and ripe fruit, as well as a woody, vegetal note. On the palate, it offers a full, frank and fresh attack, with a touch of astringency and a sweet bitterness.

5.0% ABV.

This outstanding Malbec is made from grapes grown high altitude vineyards in Mendoza, which were fermented with wild yeasts for 12 days with post ferment maceration for 19-22 days followed by 12 months aging in barrel, including first, second and third use barrels. It tastes smooth, dark, full bodied, fleshy, succulent and complex… An incredible red wine.

Argentina’s signature grape, Malbec, was introduced to the country’s biggest wine region, Mendoza, by Frenchman Michel Pouget in the mid 1850s, but it has since been discovered that not all Malbec vines brought into the country were exactly the same. And the family that has done more to advance the understanding, high quality expression and understanding of Argentinian Malbec is the Catena family, whose Zapata Malbec is one of our favourite wines in store; big, bold and full bodied but with elegance to burn, thanks to its silkiness. 

The Catena family has arguably done more for the quality and reputation of both Malbec and the Argentinian wine industry than any other company, advancing the understanding of growing grapes at altitude, high up in the foothills of the Andes where hot days, high sunshine hours and cool nights ripen the grapes and retain elegance.

The Yuzu is Japanese citrus fruit.  That has a great balance of sweet and sour.  This Yuzu liqueur is made from a base of Original Junmai Saké and locally grown Yuzu is then blended.  (8 whole fruit per 720ml are used)  It is best on the rocks.

Crafted by Japanese artisans, Roku is a multi-layered, perfectly balanced Gin combining both traditional and 6 uniquely Japanese Botanicals.

Sakura Flower, Yuzu Peel, Sencha tea, Sansho pepper, Sakura leaf & Gyokuro tea

43% ABV.

Scoundrels and Rogues - Sometimes, bigger is better.  Made by the most irrepressible Scoundrels and Rogues in North Canterbury, this Pear cider was made from the contents of only a few pear trees, fermented in barrels, and then promptly forgotten about for six months.  It gives new meaning to the term rustic, as it's made in a very traditional French farmhouse style, with a strong pear character.  You may love it, you may hate it, but i'm not sure i'm too bothered either way.

This Pear cider is rustic and funky, but you'll get over it.

Dictador 12 Years Rum is made from the fermentation of virgin sugar cane honey distilled partly in copper alembic and partly in steel continuous column, to achieve a medium body rum.

Soft and round feel in the mouth with caramel, cocoa, and honey light coffee flavours.

The classic Irish style dry stout . Toasty, black and medium bodied.The nitrogenated can pours a big creamy head.
