Unit price perZENKURO - This is New Zealand's first ever sake, handcrafted since 2015, in Queenstown. Our fresh, Premium grade junmai style of sake is pure, nothing added, but give a unique twist with the use of Manuka timber, NZ's own miracle tree.
Our brand is Zenkura - while 'zen' means all, 'kuro' means black - a simple but powerful combination born in NZ. We start with water from the snow-capped Southern Alps and special sake rice that has been milled to remove the outer 30-40%, leaving only the best part of each grain for the fermentation to begin.
15% ABV.

Unit price per3.5% abv
This fabulous Ciderkin is dry, super refreshing and only 3.5% abv while still having loads of heritage apple flavour. In fact, we think the flavour is so good, you won't even notice this isn't a traditionally made cider!
Ciderkin is naturally lower in alcohol than our other ciders because it is made by soaking pressed apple skins which results in a much lower sugar content before fermentation. For this ciderkin we soaked the skins for 48 hours to extract as much flavour as possible. With much less sugar to ferment, we've end up with a really tasty drink with only 3.5% abv.
So good for summer! Stock up now.
Residual sweetness: 15g/l
Apples: Stoke Red, Kingston Black, Chisel Jersey, and Brown's

Unit price perBeautiful Chardonnay with full bodied, creamy smooth flavours from the Kiwi king of Chardonnay, Tony Bish, of the Urban Winery in Hawke's Bay. This beauty is made from 100% Mendoza clone Chardonnay grapes grown in two areas in Hawke's Bay; the Upper Dartmoor and Bay View. All of the grapes were hand harvested and 95% fermented in barrel with 5% in Tony's new French oak ovum. The wine was then matured for a year in 25% new Taransaud oak with regular lees stirring (aka batonnage) to enhance the creamy expression of barrel maturation.
This wine is one of only two in New Zealand to make it onto the 2020 Top 100 Wine Discoveries by leading wine authority Robert Parker.

Unit price perThis big, powerful lush velvety red from California is made from one of the most popular grapes in that vast, warm wine region, namely Zinfandel.
Also known fondly as Zin, it's one of California's most successful red grapes, which thrives in the hot dry climate and makes beautiful full bodied wines, such as this.
The Zinfandel grape is also widely grown in southern Italy where it's known as Primitivo because it is one of the first to ripen (hence, 'primi' for first) and it is grown in eastern Europe where it's called, variously, Tribidrag, Crljenak Kaštelanski and Kratošija. DNZ analysis has shown that the grapes known by these names are all genetically identical to the Croatian Crljenak Kaštelanski and Italian Primitivo.
