Samichlaus Barrique 330ml is a Doppelbock from Austrian brewery, Schloss Eggenburg. Samichlaus beer is only brewed once per year, on Saint Nicholas Day (6th December). The beer is aged for 10 months in Austrian oak barrels, imparting a complex, woody flavour into the beer. At 14% ABV, Samichlaus Barrique is exceptionally strong for a lager. Vinification:
First fermentation in stainless steel tanks with temperature control to protect the delicate primary aromas of the Chardonnay. Light ageing on fine lees to perfect the structure of the wine and the base bubble. Then the “prise de mousse” is done in sparkling tanks with temperature control of 18-20° to create a fine texture, to reach a depth with a lot of aromatic sparkle at a pressure of 2.5 bars.

Vinification
100% destemming. Traditional, slow maceration (approximately 20 days), temperature 25 to 32°C. Regular pumping over and rack and return.

The Bowmore aged 9 years has been matured in both ex-Bourbon and ex-Sherry casks allowing the distinctive Bowmore smokiness to shine through. Released in 2016, this expression was aimed to be a limited release and now sadly is nearly disappeared for good

Bottled at 52%, this slightly reduced single malt expresses the full potential of its aromatic profile. Similar to the 43% version, its character reveals a more pungent side with fruity notes of apple, apricot and ripe fruits. On the palate, the rougher texture is light and silky, and highlights greedy aromas of honey, vanilla and cocoa. On the finish, spices will make their appearance with notes of pepper and nutmeg.

Austin is a farmhouse ale built by the inspiration to share beer with people close to heart. It is pale, tart, delicate, and complex with a bit of pleasant funk. We took part of our latest batch of Austin and refermented it on plums at a rate of more than 2 lbs of fruit per gallon. Following bottling, Austin Plum was bottle conditioned for several months before being made available today. The result offers a soft and balanced plum character that includes flavors of the sweet fruit flesh and nuanced elements of the tart skin. The flavors are all boosted by the expression of our microorganisms and wrapped up in a incredibly gentle and #balancedacidity.

Circinae adds plenty of peanuts, peanut butter-covered pretzels, Papau New Guinea vanilla, cacao nibs, and honey atop the Accipiter stout base.
Pitch black with a tan head, Circinae releases aromas of deep chocolate fudge and spoons of skippy peanut butter. Balanced flavors of chocolate fudge, crushed peanut butter cups, snickers, and honey caramel-dipped pretzels come together before a touch of pretzel biscuit and a custardy Creme Brulee finish that will have you dipping in for another sip in no time

11% ABV

A DIPA brewed with 100% wheat and repeatedly hopped with our favorite hops. A fantastic haze with a soft, fluffy body.

Eliphas is our soft Double IPA brewed with the juiciest hops we could find. Generously dry-hopped with a lingering finish. Creamy and tropical meets grassy and piny. Enthusiastically crafted at our church brewery in Sundbyberg, Stockholm

We have known Emma and Gordon for years and having them over at our house always makes for a joyous occasion filled with good conversation, laughter and warmth. A vibe we have jointly tried to channel into this thoughtfully crafted mild. Please turn the can over twice before opening and hard pour this beer to  release nitro. Enthusiastically crafted at our church brewery in Sundbyberg, Sweden.

The home of Akitu 

Andrew Donaldson planted his vineyard with 100% Pinot Noir in 2002 and has since developed three distinctive styles of wine from this great red grape variety. Two reds (Akitu A 1 and Akitu A2) lead the production while a Pinot Blanc is now part of the high quality stable of wines from this producer. 

Donaldson employs winemaker P J Charteris to make the wines. 

At Mt Barker, in New Zealand's South Island, in a high glacial valley of sunshine and rain shadow on the edge of the earth, each season leave its own vivid imprint on our vintage.  Extreme temperature variations, alpine air, altitude, adversity... all the wild elements of this exhilarating land combine in a Pinot Noir of great quality from the world's southernmost wine region.
