Combining bright, bold flavours with soft sweetness, Glenmorangie A Tale of Tokyo is a Highland single malt Scotch whisky as full of delicious sensory contrasts as Tokyo itself.

Inspired to capture his experience of Tokyo's many sensory dimensions and to experiment with rare Japanese Mizunara oak casks for the first time, Dr Bill united Glenmorangie part-aged in Mizunara oak with whisky that had spent time in both sherry and bourbon casks, for a unique limited-edition that's perfectly balanced with Glenmorangie's house-style.

The whisky fuses notes of pepper with bitter cherries and mouth-watering orange zest with incense and sweet oak - a unique and complex flavour profile resulting from the recipe of Mizunara oak, Bourbon and Sherry casks.

Mon P’tit Chou - a term of endearment in French. 

Translated literally it means “my little cabbage”. Made from 100% Belgian malt and French grown Strisselspalt hops, this farmhouse style ale has a fresh sherbet aroma, and a refreshing dry, tart, palate with just a hint of orange. 

There are no cabbages in the beer, but there is a lot of love.

A portion of Chivas Extra 13 is finished in tequila barrels, adding an extra touch to this 13-year-old whisky. Smooth whisky has always been our thing; but finishing whisky this way takes it to another level for an extraordinarily palatable whisky drinking experience.

Havana Club Cuban Spiced balances the taste of sweet vanilla and aromatic spices with hints of juicy ripe guava, toasted coconut and fresh pineapple.

Named for Captain William who was informed of his inheritance of The Glenlivet distillery while deployed in France during WW1, this new whisky is fittingly finished in ex-cognac casks. Sweet and fruity to start, it builds to honeyed and apricot jam notes, with cinnamon bread and a subtle spicy liqourice note. The palate is succulent, with mandarins, ripe poached pears and flavours of chocolate coated raisins from the cognac casks.

From craft brewing pioneers, the McCashin Family, comes the cider that's unlike any other, combining pure glacial water, the finest crushed apples with fresh ginger and Hawke's Bay lime juice.

Ogereau Anjou Rouge Enjouee 2022 is a blend of Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Grolleau, Gamay and Pineau d'Aunis. It has a fresh and delicate taste with red berry fruit and a vibrant youthful joyfulness.

The wine is made using organic grapes that are trained using the Guyot Poussard method. It undergoes full malolactic fermentation and is aged for about five months in underground, tile-lined tanks to preserve the fruit's freshness. The wine is also lightly filtered through earth.

"Andre Clouet Chalky" is characterized by prominent mineral notes, a salty quality, and a distinct "chalky" texture on the palate, highlighting the chalky soils of the Champagne region, with flavours often described as fresh apple, lemon, and a hint of sea spray, finishing with a long, mineral-driven aftertaste; essentially, a very focused expression of the region's terroir with a pronounced saline character

Chalk is the fundamental element of the Champagne terroir! The history of chalk goes back to the Jurassic era, 200 million years ago when the whole region was covered by the sea. Although poor in nutrients, chalk stores both warmth and water, releasing them regularly, providing the perfect foundation for Champagne vines. Draining off the excess, retaining water enriched by microscopic marine fossils, Chalk nourishes the vine with maternal affection, with minerality and an inimitable salinity ! Lastly, chalk is the protector of champagne as it ages, allowing itself to be dug into deep underground cellars, where the precious nectar can safely mature, tucked away from the light and fluctuations in temperature.

A nice refreshing Brut. A beautiful blend of bright colours. Fine, light bubbles and aromas of biscuit, bread and hints of flowers and nuts. A smart, dry, clean palate with ripe apple, pear and fresh autumn fruits. With a well balanced, crisp acidity and a smooth cream mousse. Lasting tarty acidity on the long and delicious, tangy finish.
