This is amber in color, dry on palate, very fruity, bursting with flavor. A complex beer with suggestions of soft fruit, apple, and, in the finish, perhaps even cloves. Extraordinary as an aperitif.

Ayinger Jahrhundert bier Export Lager has a golden-yellow color with a slightly flowery yeast, honey-ish aroma, tastes a little spicy and is full-bodied in initial taste, mild before swallowing and soft with a refined sparkle and fades with a well-balanced hint of bitterness. A rich, dark elixir with cascading layers of malt complexity balanced by elegant hops. Notes of toffee, caramel, graceful dark-malt roastiness, and the essence of barley. Lager fermentation leads to clean flavors and pinpoint conditioning. Semi-dry finish.

This blend of 66% Merlot, 32% Cabernet Franc and 2% Cabernet Sauvignon shows off a bright deep red colour with purple reflections. Red fruit aroma dominate the nose overlayed with subtle peppermint notes. Balanced and smooth with fine tannins, this is classic Bordeaux in style with a spicy rich finish.

The second wine of Domaine de Chevalier, L'Esprit de Chevalier shows complexity, depth and power expected from the deep gravel soils of the Graves. En Rama is a pure expression of dry sherry from Jerez. En Rama roughly translates to 'raw', which is exactly what this is. This wine is extracted from the barrels in Spring, when the flor is at it's thickest. This sherry is unfiltered and unfined. Best drunk fresh, En Rama tastes more intensely nutty and yeasty than the standard Tio Pepe. The palate is complex and fresh with a saline finish.

Bright and pure aromas of melon, stone fruit and citrus, interwoven with soft butter, toasty oak and cashew. Full bodied, with an elegant mouthfeel elevated by a soft buttery flow and a textural phenolic line. The fruit has concentration and intensity, compliment the toasty oak details with a long finish. Drink now until ~2028.

Intense pepper and exotic florals on the nose merge with vanilla-saturated plum, cherry and boysenberry - plump tannins and smooth succulence round out the finish.
