Produced from an assemblage of different plots in the commune of Ampuis, the white Cotes du Rhone from Domaine Jamet is northern in character. Mainly produced from Marsanne and Viognier grapes, this wine is fresh, with minerality, and provides immediate enjoyment.

Grape varieties - 60% Marsanne, 30% Viognier, 7% Roussane, 3% Grenache Blanc
Vinification - Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation partly in barrels and partly in tanks
Maturation - 50 % oak barrels and 50 % stainless steel tanks
Plot - Lezardes, Cognet, Plomb, Tartaras, Champrond.

A blend of barrel aged spontaneous beer, infused with sun ripened Clutha Gold apricots from the Webb Family's 100 year old orchard outside Cromwell. The finished beer is a radiant gold, with an astonishing ripe apricot aroma and a juicy tart stone fruit palate.

Jean-François Ganevat—known as Fanfan—is making wine with the inspired magic of an alchemist. He comes from a long line of winegrowers, dating as far back as 1650. He took over the family estate in 1998. With only eight and a half hectares under vine, the family has seventeen different local varieties planted of both red and white grapes—an incredible amount of variation to consider for holdings of such small size. Jean-François creates a stunning number of cuvées, ranging between thirty-five and forty every year! His methodology goes far beyond the details of the average vigneron.

J’en Veux Encore is Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris – Semi Carbonic fermentation, sweet fruited, very energetic – very crisp, light, and very pure.

“Offering good value, made from hand-harvested grapes from the estate’s younger vines and matured for one year in French Oak.  Full, bright ruby, mouthfilling, generous and supple.   Cherry, plum, spice and slight tamarillo flavours with savoury notes adding complexity and fresh acidity to keep things lively.  At best mid-’26.  A ‘serious’ but approachable wine”

Emerson's - This is more than a beer. It's a monument to the late, great Jean-Pierre Dufour. Food scientist. Biophysicist. Beer legend. Every year on his birthday, we release a Belgian style beer in his honour. This one's a Quadrupel. A strong dark ale fermented using belgian yeast, with cherry, clove, dried fruit flavours and a spicy finish. Sometimes we drink to remember.

Richard Emerson loves it when his ears burn. It either means he's being talked about, or he's drinking one of his absolute favourites: a chilli chocolate stout. This luxurious decadent brew is made with cocoa, red chillies, and Belgian yeast, giving it a deliciously complex rich plum, raisin, and chocolate flavour, a smooth velvety texture, and of course a warming spicy finish. Don't worry, while Deaf by Chocolate may make your ears tingle a little, it won't actually make you deaf.

The adventure doesn’t have to end when you get home. Day Tripper is a low carb beer that’s as intrepid as you are. Brewed with a combination of hop pellets and hop oil, for better mouthfeel, balance, fruitiness, and complexity. CHIMERA WEST COAST IPA

Wild and untamed like a three-headed beast this mighty West Coast IPA rains down zesty aromatics of lemon, lime, mango, stone fruit and fresh pine from the Citra, Simcoe Cryo and Mosaic Cryo hops which are complemented by a light, clean sweetness from the Golden Promise malt. Hoppy and flavourful with a refined bitterness on the tail end, this beer attacks on all fronts.

Merlot, Malbec and Cabernet Sauvignon combine in this outstanding full bodied dry and powerful blend, which is made from hand picked grapes grown in the Gimblett Gravels Winegrowing District’s Cornerstone and Ngakirikiri vineyards. 

The grapes were fermented with wild yeasts, which provides diverse depth and flavours to the wine, which has flavour notes of black olives, dried herbs and black currant notes. The wine was aged in French oak for 20 months and bottled unfiltered, which accentuates its gritty, smooth, powerful cedar notes.
