5% - Our Passionfruit Miso Sour offers a harmonious blend of tropical fragrance & sweet-sour complexity, balanced by a clean malt base. Notes of lemon, jasmine, & honey bring a light, floral sweetness that transitions into a mild, savoury umami depth. This vibrant brew evolves from bright & refreshing to richly satisfying with every sip.

3.5% - Our Raspberry Berliner Weisse is a refreshingly tart brew with a clean, crisp body & a low alcohol content, making it perfect for any occasion. Its striking ruby hue, derived from ripe raspberries, is complemented by delicate floral notes. A harmonious balance between yeast character & lactic acid creates a bright, invigorating finish.

BLANC DE HOUBLON - BELGIAN HAZY
This week we have a new batch of Blanc de Houblon coming out with a new look. We have labelled it 'Belgian Hazy'. A fruity blend of NZ hops meets a three strain Belgian yeast blend. The result is delicious.

Clevedon Vineyard on Munros Road is nestled in the hills of Clevedon, southwest of Auckland.

This family owned estate and vineyard sprawls some 50 acres of stunning bush-lined valley and is centred around an authentic Italian Villa - Il Monticello ('The Hill'). 

The northerly aspect captures all day sunshine giving this boutique vineyard a higher than regional average climate.  Coupled with clay based soil it is as unique as it is remarkable.

Planted over 2 decades ago, this single-vineyard estate produces Pinot Noir, Syrah, Rosé and the northern Italian varietal Arneis.

The Syrah is full bodied, velvet smooth and packed with wild bramble fruits, savoury hints and pepper spice.

A beautifully structured Bordeaux from the hallowed gravels of Pessac-Leognan. The fruit grows on a 40ha site with Gűnz gravel from the Quaternary period located on the plateau above the village of Martillac with a distribution of 55% Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Merlot and 5% Petit Verdot. The vines are planted at a density of 7200 per hectare.

This vintage is 60% Merlot – 40% Cabernet Sauvignon and offers a deep, dense, purple colour in the glass. The nose is intense and aromatic, with red and black fruits, spicy liquorice and gentle smoky notes. The palate is at once, powerful and fresh with well-rounded tannins leading to along and lush finish. 

This is Domaine de Noire’s top-flight white made exclusively from Chenin Blanc grown in the Chinon appellation of the Loire Valley. 

This wine is made in an Italian amphora and offers a pure nose of white flowers and peaches that leads to a silky and delicate palate, with mineral tones A pure nose with notes of white flowers and peaches.

Ideal with seafood, oil-rich fish and hard cheese.
