This wine offers a complex aroma of citrus, stonefruit, and spice characteristics. The palate has depth and intensity with mineral notes and a powerful finish with flavours of apricot and vanilla, balanced by a juicy acidity. The black sheep of the Sunshine family, this luscious milk stout is a smooth, velvety blend of chocolate, coffee and vanilla with roasted malt. Rich but balanced, this is a brew that demands to be savoured.

Bright, shimmering pink. On the nose fresh forest berries, a light citrus scent with spicy undertones. On the palate juicy, crispy with a perceivable saltiness. Clear and fresh on the finish.

Tito's Hand Made Vodka is made in old-fashioned pot stills and using corn as the base, Tito?s is a naturally gluten free vodka. Their process, similar to that used to make fine single malt scotches and high-end French cognacs, requires more skill and effort, but we think it?s well worth it. The final product is a vodka so smooth, you can drink it straight.

Minerva Stout, our pride craft beer is a full bodied, dark color, aroma and flavor of cocoa and coffee, sweet stout style Ale type fermentation. The friendly and round flavor Minerva Imperial Stout marries perfectly with sweet flavors like chocolate truffles or the duck confit with light garlic mayonnaise, so it is excellent for red meats in general.

6.0% ABV

This is a West Coast India Pale Ale with a bright golden colour. It shows pronounced fruity aromas and fresh citrus, its bitterness will leave a memorable taste in the mouth.  It is elegantly balanced between the mixture of select hops and the sweetness of the special malt.

Corona has been brewed and bottled in Mexico since 1925 and is one of Mexico's favourite brands. It is lighter than traditional beers, with a crisp and refreshing taste that is both balanced and full of flavour. It is best enjoyed with a wedge of lime to bring out the full citrus taste of the hops and malts.

Secular Brandy is a bright golden mahogany colour. It is aged in very old American oak barrels for a minimum of 12 months and exhibits deep complex aromas and flavours of dried fruit and oak.
