The ancient, dark-skinned grape variety from Georgia delivers wines that command attention and, at our tiny yield level, devotion. At such concentration, Saperavi with its natural high level of fruit sugar, tannin and acidity turns in a seductive powerhouse like no other wine. Complex, multi-dimensional, structured, and elegant - a wine to truly cherish.

This wine will bring the most critical wine lover to wine heaven. The gorgeous intense, inky colour metamorphoses into a savoury lusciousness. One of the tasting team called it a sexy Georgian in a glass. Deep, rich and packed with black fruit almost jumping out of the glass. Maturing in new barrels refined the powerful tannins to a classy elegance. Rich and complex, multi-layered with an staggering backbone of fruit, acidity and tannin, each sip giving you more and more pleasure. A dazzling wine experience for a wine to cherish. Kasteel Tropical is a fresh specialty beer with a vibrant, yellow colour that will fill your nose with tropical scent of passion fruit. Enjoy the intense flavour of fresh tropical fruit, with a slightly sweet pineapple note and the full flavour of mango – perfectly balanced with the fresh acidity of passion fruit. Double dry hopped with a helluva lot of Mosaic, un petit bisou de Citra, und ein bisschen mehr Krush. Little juice / big taste hop varieties / products: Mosaic (DynaBoost, HyperBoost, T-90, Cryo), Citra (T-90, Cryo), Krush T90.

This off-dry Pinot Blanc is aromatic and pleases the senses with layer of jasmine, pear, and gentle vanilla spice. Extended time on lees, combined with a little sweetness adds richness and complexity to the mouthfeel that still leave a refreshing finish

The beer that built a brewery. This is an all NZ hopped English style IPA where the ABV is lower and the malt presence is higher than other more modern counterparts. Orange brown pour with a dense white head and a medley of NZ hop aromas. Some caramel meldanoidins back up this aroma and deliver the toasty, malty palate of the english style. Medium to full body with an assertive bitterness.

The Bugle is a lovely session ale, coming in at 3.5%. 

A modern NZ take on the pub ales of old. Built for balance and drinkability, the Bugle is golden in colour, with a soft malt sweetness and a restrained bitterness. It is lightly hopped with a classic blend of NZ Hops which bring subtle notes of citrus and tropical fruit.

PRODUCT OF GERMANY. A bright orange colour shimmers in the glass, above it lies a fluffy, white foam with a firm consistency. The naturally cloudy beer subtly smells of malt and freshly roasted white bread. A soft palate is surrounded by an elegant sweetness that balances perfectly with a discreet hoppy bitterness.
