This non alc chocolate stout is cocreated with the team at Baron Hasselhoffs artisan chocolate makers in Wellington. Since February we have brewed stout micro batches and got to work building up this tasty brew with ingredients from all over the pacific.

Cacao from PNG, vanilla from Tonga, and a heady mix of spice to heat up your next beer tasting. In full strength beers the alcohol blends all the flavours together - not our beer - all the flavours play a distinct role in this brewlicious stout.

Queenstowns hottest summer beverage is back.  Following its smash hit trial launch last year this is a fresh and zesty sparkling white sangria with a beautiful pink blush thats poured over ice. Juicy watermelon aromas meld with fresh grape and a light dry spritzy mouthfeel quenches all thirsts.

There’s a new hop in town, and we’ve tracked it down.

Fresh from the Clayton Innovation Project, trial hop CIP-076 bursts on to the scene and outta the glass with big citrus and stone fruit aromas. The flavour follows in its footsteps with bright grapefruit, crisp melon, stone fruits and hints of lychee.

At an enjoyable 5.1% ABV, the only mystery left to solve will be where the beer in your glass disappeared to…

Brewed with malted barley and unmalted wheat. Spontaneously inoculated and fermented for a short period in oak barrels. Refermented with Ume plums and table salt. Bottle conditioned.

This beer is made in the traditional Belgian way i.e. a grist of 40% raw wheat and 60% malted barley, a turbid mash, aged hops, a long boil, spontaneously fermented (the wort is cooled overnight in an open tray allowing wild yeast and bacteria to inoculate it), aged in oak barrels for at least 1 year and then refermented on Polish sour cherries for 2mths before conditioning. The whole process takes about 2 years.
Karamu Creek is ready to drink after about four months of conditioning. However, although it continues to evolve, it remains great drinking for many years.

The whole process takes about 2 years.

Waipara is a world-class wine region just down the road, where both of our brewers previously worked as winemakers. It also translates to murky or muddy water which is a pretty apt name for a New England IPA.

After a long period of trialing hop combinations, we’ve finally settled on our favourite match. This brew is hopped with Citra, Taiheke and Nectaron, which we believe bring all the sweet citrus and tropical fruit character we love in hazy beers, whilst still finishing clean and crisp.

Pacific Punch West Coast IPA- 440ml can- 6.3% abv

A clean, dry malt base built on Gladfield Pilsner sets the stage for the hops to shine. Generous additions of Mosaic and Nelson Sauvin deliver bold, fruit-forward hop character, layered with hints of pine and a touch of dank resin. The finish is crisp and assertively bitter, true to the West Coast style.

Davo Road Trip Tripel is a very refreshing, easy-drinking tripel. It's slightly spicy, and without revealing the full recipe, it also contains a hint of caraway. It's 8.5% ABV, but this heavyweight is deceptively easy to drink. That's what makes the Roadtrip so typical of DAVO, with its three-pint rule
