Expressive and complex, combining notes of undergrowth, jammy red fruits and a touch of musk or leather.

Terroir of Villeveyrac.

Soils:
Rognacian limestone sandstone slopes rich in bauxite for Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. Aspect facing the Mediterranean.

45% Syrah, 35% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Grenache

Vinification
100% destemming. Traditional, slow maceration (approximately 20 days), temperature 25 to 32°C. Regular pumping over and rack and return.

Yield
40 to 45 hl/ha.

Penderyn peated finish whisky has a delicate spirit with a medium peaty character and a light golden tone. It is bottled at 46% abv.

Nose: It introduces itself with sweet, aromatic smoke. Under this, there are signature notes of vanilla, green apple and refreshing citrus.

Palate: An array of gentle flavours tempts even the most sophisticated palate.

Finish: Smoke and vanilla linger on the attractive medium-length finish.

Balance: Light smoke/citrus fruitiness

Bottled at 52%, this slightly reduced single malt expresses the full potential of its aromatic profile. Similar to the 43% version, its character reveals a more pungent side with fruity notes of apple, apricot and ripe fruits. On the palate, the rougher texture is light and silky, and highlights greedy aromas of honey, vanilla and cocoa. On the finish, spices will make their appearance with notes of pepper and nutmeg.

Auntsfield continues the proud heritage of Marlborough’s first vineyard and winery established in 1873. Their Single Vineyard wines are made from grapes grown at Auntsfield Estate. Each wine shows the distinctive characteristics of ripeness, texture and minerality – qualities unique to the ancient Greywacke rock and Loess clay soils of the vineyard. Lifted and pure aromas of fresh passionfruit, ripe citrus and lime. Notes of dried herbs, lemongrass, papaya and rock melon add intensity to the ripe aromatics. Vibrant, generous and elegant. This wine displays intense ripe fruit with generous stone fruit weight and tropical guava and melon flavours which are complimented by citrus notes of lime and mandarin peel. The palate has intense concentration and generous weight, balanced by an underlying minerality and textural balance.

As with the 2024 version, Monohoppily is a 5.5% ABV hazy pale ale, brewed to showcase the unrivalled character of fresh, locally-grown Riwaka™ hops. The hops were sourced from New Hoplands and Holmdale Farms, both only a short drive from the Beach Road, Richmond based brewery. Hand-selected by Master Brewer, Tracy Banner, the hops were transported from the bine to the brew in a matter of minutes – a critical step to preserve the intensely fresh flavours that fresh hops are renowned for. After a hectic couple of weeks of fresh hop brews, the resulting beer is said to be silky-smooth and bursting with unmistakably fruity and fresh flavours — sweet citrus and white peach take centre stage, complemented by a pleasant resinous backbone that adds depth and balance.

Austin is a farmhouse ale built by the inspiration to share beer with people close to heart. It is pale, tart, delicate, and complex with a bit of pleasant funk. We took part of our latest batch of Austin and refermented it on plums at a rate of more than 2 lbs of fruit per gallon. Following bottling, Austin Plum was bottle conditioned for several months before being made available today. The result offers a soft and balanced plum character that includes flavors of the sweet fruit flesh and nuanced elements of the tart skin. The flavors are all boosted by the expression of our microorganisms and wrapped up in a incredibly gentle and #balancedacidity.

Circinae adds plenty of peanuts, peanut butter-covered pretzels, Papau New Guinea vanilla, cacao nibs, and honey atop the Accipiter stout base.
Pitch black with a tan head, Circinae releases aromas of deep chocolate fudge and spoons of skippy peanut butter. Balanced flavors of chocolate fudge, crushed peanut butter cups, snickers, and honey caramel-dipped pretzels come together before a touch of pretzel biscuit and a custardy Creme Brulee finish that will have you dipping in for another sip in no time

This beast turns ten this year. What started out as a mistake (a hazy beer) quickly turned in to our biggest crush. Fatamorgana dry hopped ten times!
