Swiftsure Sauvignon Blanc is blended from carefully selected sites to capture the essence of Marlborough. Like contrasting combinations of colour, the vivid hues and muted shades of the Marlborough landscape and the tinted waters of both river and sea evoke a sensation of the purity of nature captured within the wine; mineral, fresh, ripe, and delicious.

Their Southern Coast Vineyard is situated in Marlboroughs southernmost sub-region in the shadow of the Kaikoura Ranges.

Its relatively elevated position and the influence of the cooler coastal climate and sea breeze result in lower yields and concentrated flavours.

Bursting with aromas; an abundance of tropical fruits, crisp citrus, punchy jalapeno, and fresh herbs this wine showcases the intensity that has made Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc famous the world over. The palate is refined and classical with a vibrancy of fruit and a mineral purity that creates a sense of sophistication and elegance.

A fortified wine from Duriense, Northern Portugal made from an assemblage of grapes including Tinta Roriz and Tinta Barroca. As a tawny, it has been aged in oak oxidatively and will show the sumptuous dried fruit flavours that this creates.

Our first sparkling pink Portuguese wine and it's dry, medium bodied and super zest with aromas of citrus fruits and biscuits. It is soft and refreshing with a delicate acidity that gives it a great balance.  Great match with salads and good company.

A delicate floral and fruity wine that is made from Castelao, Camarate and Cabernet Sauvignon sourced from Portugal's Lisboa region.

Mountain IPAs are the magical place where East meets West, juicy meets crisp. From The Cradle features hops from our Aussie neighbours and garners its name from Cradle Mountain in Tasmania, one of the leading hop growing regions in Australia. Galaxy and Vic Secret lead the way with citrus and tropical fruit and are backed up by Eclipse to round out the hop profile with background notes of stone fruit and berry. As always we punch up the piney finish with Chinook and Columbus. Enjoy!

Unlike the classic juicy yellow colours often displayed in Hazys, for Solar Juice we used a combination of malts that create a beautiful orange hue and hops that bring citrus overtones, both reminiscent of the glorious morning sunrise. The hops are well incorporated to deliver a soft taste profile, combined with a subtle sweetness for an overall smooth, full-flavoured drinking experience. 6.1%

Bierzeit sits squarely in the realm of a traditional Kölsch style beer from Germany. From colour to flavour and mouthfeel, Bierzeit delivers on that tradition with a delicate flavour balance between malt, fruitiness and bitterness, rounded out with a clean, well attenuated finish.
