We started with our house sour base, light, crisp, and perfectly tart, then went heavy with guava, passionfruit, pineapple, and mango, before finishing it all with a refreshing splash of coconut water. It’s bright, juicy, and packed with sunshine vibes, like a tropical fruit salad that decided to take a walk on the sour side, innit.

Capture Lands is a brand‑new NEIPA built on a lean malt base and stacked in the cool pool with Freestyle Southern Cross laying down a solid foundational position. Double Dry Hopped with the best hoppy nose candy Aussie dollars can buy—Eggers Rakau bringing ripe apricot, Krush throwing juicy mango, Lily giving soft floral lift, Peacharine delivering sweet stonefruit, and Citra firing off zesty lime to the tropics. We on.
It’s clean, bright, easy-drinking, and shimmering with orchard‑meets‑tropics energy. Lean, fruity, and ready to claim the horizon y'all!

Our beloved flagship Hazy IPA brewed for the rad lot at Cardrona Ski Field. A combination of Rakau, Nectaron, Wai-Iti and Idaho 7 hops playfully bounce on a plump malt body. Giving notes of overripe nectarine, apricot and just a sprinkle of bitterness to keep you coming back for more.

Farm Hand returns to further explore the idea of what a beer grown close to home can be. Brewed with Canyon Grown Pilsner malt, loaded with Garston Motueka, and sweetened with Cardrona honey straight from the farm hives. Rosehips and wild flowering thyme, create a citrus–forward beer lifted by floral eucalyptus and underpinned with subtle spice. A truly unique beer shaped by its surroundings – bold, fresh, and unmistakably Canyon.

Clear, crisp and full of bite. This west coast IPA is like carving fresh lines in an empty pool. The classic combo of “C” hops and Simcoe create layers of citrus, pine and resin, all balanced on a solid malt backbone, with just the right amount of weight underfoot. A throwback to when IPAs were clear, hoppy and straight to the point. No haze, no gimmicks, just a clean pivot back to where IPA all began.

We’ve been leaning into Cali IPAs as of late and having a blast with them. This one was built to feel light, snappy, and joyfully drinkable while still carrying a serious hop punch. Mashed with a touch more spelt for body and foam, then hopped throughout with Riwaka, Citra, Krush, and Nelson Sauvin. Ferment was kept clean and lively, letting bursts of citrus, tropicals, and white grape ride on a bright, spritzy frame. It lands crisp and fresh, with just enough bitterness to pull you back in. Easy to sip, hard to put down.

A Single Hop DIPA made with our Whānau at Freestyle Hops. Championing the choice as kiwi cone Motueka - here we've used our hand-selected Freestyle Mid-late harvest Motueka, Sunshine Valley low-temp kilned Motueka, and Motueka SubZero Hop Kief™ extract to capture all that bright intensity Mot gives. We then superchargered this DIPA by utilising a  Thiol-activated yeast strain in conjunction with a double dose of Mega Motueka™  and a top off of new fandangled Motueka HYPERBOOST™ courtesy of YCH - Tu meke!

Altos Plata is the most traditional expression of Altos - Sweet to the mouth with citrus notes like lime, lemon, and agave. The aftertaste is pleasant and long-lasting.

What’s good, flavour fiends? We’re coming in loud with a triple‑berry hit that does exactly what it says on the front there. Tick It Up is a heavy, triple‑fruited sour built thick, tart, and dripping with big fat berry power.
We’ve loaded the tank with mountains of blackcurrant, blueberry, and raspberry three bold fruits bringing deep jamminess, vibrant colour, and a full‑throttle tang—then smoothed it all out with a touch of vanilla bean paste for that ba-ba-balance.

B‑Juicy don’t mess around. This fruited sour is stacked with the good stuff—tart raspberry, creamy banana, and juicy mango—all swirled together with silky Queensland honey and a hit of smooth vanilla.
It’s sweet where it wants to be, tangy where it needs to be, and thick enough to make you question if it should even be in a glass. One sip and you’ll get it—this is fruit dessert territory, and you’ve got the front‑row ticket.
Be Juicy because regular juicy just wasn’t enough.
