From 1.15 hectares of southeast-facing limestone vineyards planted between 1970 and 1994 at 820ft elevation, this elegant wine matures for 9–10 months in oak, with 25% new barrels. Delicate and refined, it offers bright fruit-driven character and graceful structure. Approachable in youth yet capable of short-term cellaring, it pairs beautifully with Charolais beef.

RUTHLESS WEST COAST IPA

Boneface's Fresh Hop face-off pits the flyest of this seasons hop crop against each other in a Lupulin battle royale.  The 411 on Ruthless is Riwaka in extremis, a dose of grape-fruit and lime we'd conservatively describe as hella with dank overtones. The look is pure gold with a tigh'n'white head, unafraid of it's own bitterness. No diggity, or certainly very little.

Boneface's Fresh Hop face-off pits the flyest of this seasons hop crop against each other in a Lupulin battle royale.  Notorious busts out in an east coast style with Nectaron additions we can only describe as off da hook. Passionfruit and stone fruit step, luscious but not too sweet, knockin' boots with the soft and pillowy mouthfeel. Tight.
