Seattle’s favourite sons, Fast Fashion, fly in for a slice of Down Under Pizza. Decadent DDH DIPA, dripping with harvest fresh Motueka, NZ Cascade and a very special secret sprinkle of brand new Hāpi Research hop variety NZ02, delivers a ripe punch of passionfruit, lychee, lime and creamy peach.

The raptor family includes a surprisingly diverse collection of birds of prey and their kin, and stretches to include some of their fiercer ancestors from the land before time. Pale ale can feel like a similarly broad category, but this one is very much of the more assertive kind. Deep gold with piercing piney bitterness and citrus hop flavours, it’s a throwback to the relatively recent past.

A mellow and easy drinking American Pale Ale packed full of American hops giving off citrus & tropical fruit flavours.

Crisp, dry, and unapologetically hoppy, this West Coast Pilsner is a bold showcase of the experimental HBC 1134 hop from Yakima Chiefs. Brewed with a clean blend of Pilsner and a touch of Munich malt for subtle depth, this beer lets the hop shine at every stage - from bittering to dry hopping.

Expect bright citrus, resinous pine and floral notes balanced by a snappy bitterness and ultra-refreshing finish. At 5.4% ABV, it’s crisp, crushable, and packed with West Coast attitude.

It won’t knock your socks off honestly, it’s too polite for that, but it’ll definitely make you nod, smile, and say, “Well, that’s quite nice.”
