Pallini Limoncello is a brand of traditional Italian lemon-flavored liqueur known as limoncello. It is produced in Italy by Pallini S.p.A. a family-owned and operated beverage company based in Rome, Italy. It is 26% alcohol by volume, 52 proof. The limoncello was introduced in 1999, and is based on a 100-year-old Pallini family recipe.

Part of the 25th cask series releases from North Star, this 12 year old Ben Nevis is from an Oloroso sherry hogshead, giving the whisky a decadent flavour of butterscotch pudding and freshly baked butterscotch bread, with liquorice and aniseed on the palate. In the words of North Star's founder, a nice 'old-school' sherry cask style.

A brand new release from North Star's mysterious Tarot series of blends, this time using a combination of 32% single malt and 68% grain whiskies from Scotland, all at a minimum of 17 years of age. On the nose, honey covered hazelnuts baked with sea salt, moving to a buttery biscuit base on the palate. North Star themselves identify this as having malts sourced from Edrington, which could include Macallan, Highland Park or Glenrothes.

Like sunlight on a Paua shell, this IPA shines bright. Lively and refreshing, it glimmers with zesty citrus and tropical fruit, balanced by a gentle, satisfying bitterness.

Full strength and full of flavour, Sparkling IPA is vibrant, crisp, and made to go down like a dream. A true reflection of that Northland sparkle.
