The bouquet is exquisitely perfumed, with lifted aromas of citrus blossom entwined with the exotic spice of galangal and the zesty vibrancy of Kaffir lime leaf. A core of pristine primary fruit—lime, lemon pith, and crisp Granny Smith apple—unfolds gracefully, underpinned by subtle flinty nuances and earthy, spice-laden undertones.

On the palate, the wine is delicate yet poised, revealing a finely calibrated structure and tightly wound tension. A vibrant interplay of lemon and lime flavours dominates, supported by an expansive mid-palate that offers both clarity and depth. Seamless natural acidity provides precision and vitality, tapering into a long, mineral-laced finish with a refined chalky texture and exceptional persistence.

Concentrated mulberries, boynesberries and black pastille fruits dominate the nose with subtle fennel frond nuances. Subtle oak complexities of black cardamom, nutmeg and lifted violets are well positioned in the background.

The palate is rich and layered with dark cherries, plums and raspberries. Integrated structural dark chocolate tannins scroll to the back palate with subtle hints of anise, which is balanced with an elegant and buoyant acid line.

5.5% - Nelson Lakes Hazy IPA

Splash out with Hazy IPA, brewed with the pick of the Nelson Lakes Hop Harvest. Motueka, Cascade and Nelson Sauvin bring super juicy stone fruit and bright citrus top notes in a lush smooth hazy base that’s as refreshing as a moonlit dip. It’s naughty, but it’s nice.

Matured in an exquisite combination of fine Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, The Glendronach Aged 21 Years is an exceptionally rich and refined Highland Single Malt with an enveloping mouthfeel and sublime finish, for which it is renowned.

An opulent expression of great stature and the richest and most full bodied in the core range. Exclusively matured in Spanish Oak Oloroso sherry casks, it is exceedingly rich and intense with an endless velvet finish. A revered expression in the category, ideal for connoisseurs seeking a richer single malt with exceptional depth of flavour.

From the Winery: 

Colour / Appearance: Bright, elegant rose-gold in colour from 24 hours juice skin contact.

Aroma / Bouquet: Freshly cut stonefruit such as nectarine and apricot, and overlapping notes of rose petal, white florals and baking spice on the nose. 

Palate: Juicy core of ripe nectarine, pear and baking spices, with a gentle twist of orange zest. Dry to taste, this wine is full in body and finishing with fine, peppery tannins.

Cellaring:  We recommend drinking our 2024 Skin Contact Pinot Gris while it is young and fresh, but the wine can develop nicely beyond five years if carefully cellared.

Food Match: This Pinot Gris is made to be enjoyed with food.  We recommend dishes featuring richer seafoods, mushrooms, light game and poultry.

Serve: Lightly chilled.

Founded in 1885 by Felipe Rutini, Rutini Wines pioneered viticulture in Mendoza, becoming the first winery to plant vineyards in the Uco Valley in 1925. Committed to innovation, the winery modernised its historic La Rural facilities in the 1990s and later established a state-of-the-art winery in Tupungato in 2008. Today, it produces high-end labels such as Felipe Rutini, Antología, Apartado, Single Vineyard, Dominio, Colección Rutini, Encuentro, and Trumpeter, with vineyards thriving at 1,050–1,200 meters above sea level.

With an annual production of 8.5 million liters and continuous growth, Rutini Wines ensures the highest quality standards at its cutting-edge Tupungato facility. Under the direction of Mariano Di Paola, chief winemaker since 1994 and recognised by Decanter as one of the world’s top 30 winemakers, the winery integrates innovation and precision at every stage of vinification. Supported by a specialised agronomy team, vineyard management is optimised to enhance terroir expression. The winery is equipped with advanced fermentation systems and 6,500 French oak barrels, ensuring ideal aging conditions.

Ignition sequence start. Luna Genesis marks the maiden launch of Australia's new Luna® hop - an orbit of luminous haze and cosmic aroma. Expect waves of ripe melon, citrus sherbet, and a soft, tropical glow, wrapped in a pillowy, juice-forward body. This Hazy IPA lifts off with a smooth, low bitterness and finishes with a radiant, lingering haze. Retro rockets, analog dials and hyperspace ambition - crack a can and drift into flavour space. countdown complete. Lift-off achieved.

We met Theo, the founder, from DEYA in the UK last year at the 2025 harvest, and this year, Gareth, the head brewer was over to hang out amongst the bines. One of the UK's best, these guys make beautiful beer and are all round good humans - it was our pleasure to host them for a collab. We have brewed a West Coast pilsner with a cool point of difference. The first ever pelletised harvest of Garston hops Riwaka. This unique twist adds a sexy tangy depth to aromas of passion, tangerine and old-fashioned lemonade. This is complimented by a crisp, tight and lean base and balanced with an assertive, refreshing bitterness.
