Tasting Note: Co-fermented blend of Riesling and Pinot Gris; floral and citrus aromas. A savoury and full palate, balanced with appealing Waitaki minerality. Harvested 9th May 2021. 12g/l residual sugar, 3.15pH, 8.8g/l total acidity. 80 cases total production.

Tasting Note: A special blend of Riesling, Muscat, and Pinot Blanc from gravel, clay, and limestone soils. Spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The Riesling gives this wine a notable acidity, keeping it vibrant and fresh with the fruitiness from all three and the floral touch the Muscat brings. Dry (less than 2g/L residual sugar.)

Barossa Shiraz holds celebrity status, which means Cabernet Sauvignon from around the region is often overlooked. Kym Teusner proves that it?s hugely underrated and there are plenty of Barossa Cabernet that can challenge the quality of the Shiraz.
The Eden Valley fruit takes the lead in this wine with plenty of lifted notes and blue fruits, creating a really elegant wine that has real energy about it. The Barossa Valley fruit gives the wine lovely rich dark black fruits?but the delicious savoury tannins of Cabernet Sauvignon still shine through, making this a wonderful drink.

This jammy journey of mouth FOMO keeps going!  Exotic excitement and new experiences light up the glass in volume 16. An adventure into the wild world of dragons(fruit) delivers us a science fictional type pour of a pink and purple milkshake. The aroma is a mash-up of strawberry and pear from the dragon fruit and earthy sweetness from the blueberries. The flavour is tangy bright fruits on a rich full body. The finish is long and creamy with a subtle cleansing tartness. An adventure in a glass that will make your eyes glow and nostrils flare in excitement.

Picture sitting on the Amalfi Coast. It's hot, and you've just had a dip in the Tyrrhenian. You've a rayon cubano shirt on, the gold chain and chest hair is on full display. You're sitting in a garden surrounded by Citrus trees, Lavender and toparied box hedges. There are bees everywhere. The girls to the left are drinking Aperol Spritz. You've ordered an ice glass of Pilsner which comes out with a big wet foamed head it has notes of fresh hay, spring honeysuckle and lemon verbena with a light honey sweetness. The first sip is half a glass, it's so refreshing and cuts dry.  The finish is crisp with a herbal quality to the structured length. You want more.

One of our favourite times for foraging is elderflower season. First appearing in early spring - the window of opportunity to pick them is very narrow. When 'go time' arrives, the whole brewery heads out and goes flower picking. We've made this seasonal release every year since 2018. It combines the delicately sweet floral aroma of these tiny flowers with the fresh tang of seasonal cucumbers. An early tickling tartness rises before finishing quickly, this beer is very clean, very dry and very refreshing.

Beautiful big styled Chardonnay with all the bells of whistles. Flavours of ripe citrus, spicy oak and nutty aromas all add complexity to this full bodied Chardonnay, which was aged in French oak to add weight and soften the succulent citrusy acidity in this lingering, flavoursome wine.

About Clearview Estate

Clearview Estate is one of oldest, most well established wineries in Hawke's Bay and is situated on the Te Awanga Coast, south of Napier. It's a great place to visit for tastings at the cellar door as well as lunch in the dappled shade of the established courtyard area. The winery was founded by Tim Turvey, winemaker and co-owner. The current winemaker is the multi talented Matt Kirby.

Patron Anejo is a delicate blend of uniquely aged tequilas. All the tequilas are aged in small white oak barrels for a minimum of 12 months. As in many premium red wines, the blends must be adjusted for each vintage. The same care and attention is paid when blending Patron Anejo making it smooth, distinctive and extraordinary.

A light-yellow gem with a fragrant, full-bodied, and delicate perfume that tickles the senses and delights the palate: Cinzano Bianco is sweet and versatile, with a spicy and floral taste that can spice up any drink.

Nose: Delicate white peach, flower blossom and freshly spiced marjoram, with after notes of fresh thyme.
Taste: Hints of fruit, vanilla bean and cinnamon lead to a bittersweet persistent finish.

Vacqueyras has always played second fiddle to Chateauneuf but the wines are finally starting to get the credit they deserve and this full bodied, deep and complex red is an excellent expression of this appellation. 

Sang des Cailloux means “blood of the stones,” and the galets ridden nature of the soil comes across in the mineral, stony aspect of this wine which is deep and full of energy and with notes of lavender, red and black fruit and olive. It is ready to drink now but will age gracefully for at least ten to fifteen years.

This wine is made from grapes grown on the elevated Plateau des Garrigues, where the vines are planted on a mixture of red clay, limestone and galets roule - or pudding - stones that are famously found in Chateaunuef.
