Birra Moretti is a quality beer made in the traditional way. It is the result of a production process that has remained almost unchanged since 1859.
The best raw materials are used to make Birra Moretti, as well as a special blend of high quality hops that gives it a unique taste and fragrance, enhancing its perfectly balanced bitter taste.

It is a bottom fermented beer with a golden colour. This colouring is a result of the type of malt used in brewing.
Its alcohol content is 4.6% alcohol by volume. It is not a strong beer and is therefore perfect for drinking at lunch, at dinner or for evenings out with friends.

8.0% - Spontaneous Five Year Blend

The ultimate expression of Wild Workshop’s inner city terroir. An artful blend of five years’ worth of 100% spontaneously fermented beer, aged in  French oak, creating a complex and beautifully balanced beer with tart fruit notes and a superbly dry finish. The result of five years’ hard work, and a little chance, luck and magic.

4.0% - Fruited Peach Lager

A blissful blend of fruit and beer. Super smooth, easy drinking lager, cut with New Zealand peach for a mouth watering fresh fruit flavour. Pure refreshment. Pure Bliss.

We’ve dialled down the ABV on our OG Pale Ale. Same hoppy brew, but more session-able than before.

A New Zealand take on an American style Pale Ale, combining big citrus & tropical hop character, medium bitterness and a light yet present malt bill.  Refreshing & crushable!

Duncan’s pilsner is a staff favourite and has been with us since our inception in 2014. We’ve given it a well deserved makeover. Same wonderful recipe, new convenient tins!

A New Zealand classic. A crisp dry pilsner, nicely hopped with floral notes of citrus and spice.

Rainier isn’t just a WCIPA, it’s what happens when the Pacific North West Cascade Mountains throw a hop party and invite all their wildest friends; El Dorado, Simcoe, Chinook, Citra, and Cascade. 

Sip it, and taste the madness of the mountains!

ABV 8.5%

This wild ferment was a Hawkes Bay mission. Broken van, stranded staff, grapes fermenting where they shouldn’t… it nearly broke us. But out of the chaos came something special; a wild sour brimming with funky Brett character, tannish Malbec grapes, and a crisp, clean finish. Proof that hard work (and a little madness) really does pay off.

Czech it – We’ve topped our most complex, tedious, and rewarding LoDo pale lager yet. Chills Pils arrives after an awe-inspiring trip to the land of the long white foam – Czechia 🇨🇿. A meticulous water profile copied from the wells of České Budějovice, a freshly international import of the house yeast strain from Budvar National Brewery, and a traditional decoction mash on our definitely-not-fit-for-purpose two-vessel system.
Expect a solid, bready malt character with pronounced hop bitterness and a bold yet refreshing finish. A post-modern take on a traditional classic. Na zdraví!

Limoncello Spritz

Zesty, sparkling, and refreshingly light - this is our take on the Italian Limoncello Spritz. Bursting with local lemons, it’s a zesty hit of sunshine in a can. Best served cold, with good friends and golden hour vibes.

Serve chilled over ice with a dried or fresh lemon wheel — or simply enjoy straight from the can.

Bramble Spritz

A refreshing twist on the Bramble cocktail. Juicy raspberries, blackberries, juniper berries and a hint of lemon, this gin inspired spritz is refreshing, sparkling and made for sipping in the sunshine.

Bellini Spritz

Ripe Central Otago peaches, a hint of florals, and a crisp, sparkling finish. This Spritz is our fresh take on the classic Bellini - light, elegant and endlessly refreshing. Peachy, sparkling and made for sun-soaked afternoons.

Serve chilled over ice with a dried orange wheel or fresh mint - or simply enjoy straight from the can.

This refreshingly zingy, citrus bomb of a cocktail has made its name as the party starter.

Tasting Notes:
My spin on a classic Margarita includes a refreshing burst of citrus with a strong lime presence. The agave provides just the right amount of sweet for a perfectly tart finish.

Mocktail:
Don't forget, all of my mixers already come booze-free and can be served as a mocktail! Simply add 45ml of water (or Non-Alc Spirit) to your Mr. Consistent cocktail for the booze-free option!

This sours mix is vegan and made using aquafaba, which means no egg but still holds all the froth!

Tasting Notes:
Lemon is the most prominent flavour of the sours that compliments the subtle sweetness and frothed head from the aquafaba.
