Equilibrium's newest imperial stout takes inspiration from the delightful pistachio and pecan crusted layered whipped pie. They started with a creamy base stout and added pistachios, pecans, coconut, marshmallow, and Madagascar vanilla. Soft, creamy, and weighed on the palate, Pistachio Dream Dessert offers pillowy layers of thick fudge and bakers chocolate, an earthy sweet nuttiness paired with scoops of marshmallow fluff and vanilla frosting.  Epsilon means a small positive quantity and is the little version of Mobius. Upon pouring, mocha-colored bubbles cascade to quickly turn into an off-white bright head sitting on a near black silky body releasing notes of roasted coffee, milk chocolate, light toffee, and just a hint of floral and earthy hops. Epsilon is beautifully balanced from water chemistry manipulation that yields a full mouthfeel that’s not cloyingly sweet but incredibly drinkable. This beer is extremely small and crushable for its amount of flavor.

Tasman is our first Nelson Sauvin dry hopped Pilsner. Named after Tasman region of New Zealand where Nelson is grown, Tasman pours translucent gold in color with incredibly drinkable flavors of white grape, grassy fields, nuanced clementine, and a touch of white pepper all come together before a dry and crisp finish with a touch of welcomed bitterness

Above the Clouds uses a heavy oat base and a whirlpool blend of Citra and Idaho 7. It is  then dry hopped it with Citra and the largest dose of Nelson to date and just a touch of lactose to really elevate its already velvety feel. It pours an opaque bright straw yellow with flavors of mixed citrus, a touch of sweet pine, gooseberry and faint notes of white wine grapes. The Nelson hops are showcased well and the flavors are deep and complex while the #EQjuice finish is smooth and velvety thanks to the hopping processes.

MC² is Photon’s big brother. We literally took Photon’s hopping rate and squared it. This DIPA is our tribute to the amazing relationship that energy and mass are balanced, proportional to the speed of a photon squared. It pours a hazy tangerine color, releasing bright tropical notes of mango, pineapple, and apricot. MC² tastes like succulent mango juice loaded with chewy hop resins. It’s very drinkable for 8.0%; be careful, this one can sneak up on you

Photon is our light and crushable American Pale Ale loaded with pacific northwest hops. It pours a very hazy orange, releasing well-blended notes of apricot, tangerine, peach, mango, and pineapple. It tastes of soft juicy tropical fruits, hop resins, and a hint of biscuit. A smooth rounded bitterness with a touch of dryness ensures you’re ready for the next sip. This drinking experience is further enhanced with a soft and billowy mouth-feel that has made this the go to ale for the Equilibrium crew, especially when a productive day needs to follow a fun night

Just as the moon’s gravity creates balance in the sea, Equilibrium have collabed with their friends at Sand City to find an equilibrium of flavors with a hop bill of Citra Incognito, Citra Lupomax, Enigma, Nelson, and Eclipse!

We started with oats and white wheat for a base before adding Simcoe and Mosaic to the whirlpool. To get some berry medley notes going we dry hopped with Mosaic and Citra at a 2:1 ratio. Wavelength pours bright yellow with aromas of citrus and stone fruit with crushable flavors of mango and berry with a light refreshing finish
