Our Glacial Water is sourced deep below our brewery from an ice age reservoir, traced to the Palaeolithic period some 14,000 years ago.

Sauvignon Blanc skins from the Urlar Vineyard in Gladstone (courtesy of Jannine from Huntress Wines) co-fermented with fresh pressed Braeburn, Fuji and Crab Apples, then aged in tank for a full nine months.

Sitting somewhere in between a wine and a cider, it's full bodied and textural with a solid tannin structure and a bone dry finish.

It's an orchard blend combining tanks spanning multiple vintages with no less than six ingredients; Plums, Quinces, Fujis, Galas, Pears and Crab Apples.

It's the full orchard in one bottle and really epitomises our desire to produce unique fruit driven wines.

This Pinot Gris is characterised by ripe stone fruit, particularly white peach and nectarine notes, with hints of floral and ginger spice characters. The mouth feel is very textural – dry and weighty with fleshy stone fruit and fine textured tannins that give a long balanced profile. A serious style of Pinot Gris to be enjoyed now or cellared for up to 5 years.

Samichlaus Barrique 330ml is a Doppelbock from Austrian brewery, Schloss Eggenburg. Samichlaus beer is only brewed once per year, on Saint Nicholas Day (6th December). The beer is aged for 10 months in Austrian oak barrels, imparting a complex, woody flavour into the beer. At 14% ABV, Samichlaus Barrique is exceptionally strong for a lager. Pouring an amber-brown colour, Samichlaus Barrique 330ml offers up aromas of roasted chestnuts, dark, dried fruits and smoked malt. The first sip reveals an intense, sweet and malty brew, with a dry finish. We've been on the hops again... beavering away to create a Lemon Radler option of our Award winning All Day non-alcoholic IPA, that tastes like a delicious refreshing beer.

100% craft brewed fermented non-alcoholic beer (not alcohol removed). Tropical and citrus characters from the Citra, Mosaic and Nectaron hops for an unmistakably beer finish.  ALL DAY.

Bach Brewing Scrumpy Hard Apple Cider 440ml can

Over at Bach we've been reminiscing sun drenched days on our family farm, in Hawke's Bay, picking tree ripened apples from the orchard. So, why not turn the sunshine and apples into classic cider pleasure.

We've sourced multi-varietal apple juice from the sunny Hawke's Bay, for our cider maker to weave into a full flavoured Scrumpy style cider, medium-dry, crisp and with golden colour.

6.8% ABV

A year stored away has allowed this once brash beer to mellow out a bit and take on a much smoother character. Despite the huge Abv this stout is very drinkable with Roasty and cocoa flavours and a balanced smokey finish. As time goes by this beer will develop more character and become even smoother.

A fragrant and pure fruited Pinot Noir, styled on the lighter side, with bright red berry and balancing savoury notes. Lively acidity and gentle fine tannins, encapsulate proceedings. Drink now and overthe next three to vfive years.

Vinification:
First fermentation in stainless steel tanks with temperature control to protect the delicate primary aromas of the Chardonnay. Light ageing on fine lees to perfect the structure of the wine and the base bubble. Then the “prise de mousse” is done in sparkling tanks with temperature control of 18-20° to create a fine texture, to reach a depth with a lot of aromatic sparkle at a pressure of 2.5 bars.

100% destemming. Traditional, slow maceration (approximately 20 days), temperature 25 to 32°C. Regular pumping over and rack and return.
