Blonde Rye IPA, fermented with Norwegian Kviek yeast and hopped with Columbus, Mosaic, Krush and Simcoe. It’s a beer with a crisp bitter bite, racy tropical fruit and mouthwatering citrus. Black Rye IPA, fermented with Norwegian Kveik yeast and hopped with Columbus, Cascade, Citra, and Chinook. It’s a beer with a crisp bitter bite, wicked citrus and bright resinous pine. Best Before Ragnarok.

A heavyweight in every sense. Thick, hazy and full-bodied, this triple IPA hits with bold tropical fruit, bright citrus and a deep, resinous edge. Strata, Krush and Mosaic drive layers of passionfruit, mango and juicy citrus, with a dank undertone adding depth and bite. Rich through the palate with a smooth, rounded finish that carries the weight well.

Tasting notes:  This is a clear, dark, coppery amber colour with burnished copper highlights, on the nose there is sweet molasses, banana, chocolate, vanilla, cinnamon and mild ginger.  On the palate it is extremely smooth finish despite its high alcohol content with a long, lingering finish.
