COLOUR – Pale Straw

NOSE – Pungent, oily and spicy, rich notes of treacle wrap around creosote and smoked herbs. Toasted apples and raisins reveal a sweeter
underbelly. With water, eucalyptus and menthol burst forth as fennel and pine trail behind.

TASTE – Astoundingly balanced, a sizzling mouthfeel leads into peat smoke, coffee grits and currents. Sweet lemon balsam entwines with smoked mandarins, followed by a sharp, smoky tang.

FINISH – Finally, a long, meandering finish brings with it subtle hints of vanilla and smoked butter.

5.3% - Czech Style Amber Lager

Looks like it’s your lucky day. Lucky Charm, polotmavé pivo, Czech style amber lager. A generous blend of Pilsner, Vienna, Munich and Midnight Wheat, balanced with Saaz and Celeia hops and fermented with a Czech yeast. The result is a superbly smooth lager, with restrained hop notes, soft, rounded malt mouthfeel with hints of caramel and fresh baked bread crust. Works like a charm.

This classic wine of the estate and of the appellation is an archetypal expression of the finesse and elegance of the wines of Côte-Rôtie amde with Syrah and a splash of Viognier. 

Dark ruby red in colour. Spices, red berries and delicate oak aromas. Round soft tannins. Aromas of raspberry, blackberry and vanilla. Balance between scarcely perceptible acidity and tannins which add ageing potential and softened by long ageing in oak.

Billycan Milk Stout pours black as night with a creamy off-white head, it boasts Tahitian vanilla & cacao nibs. Expect roast malt aroma & a luxuriant palate with delicate carbonation. Coffee & cocoa laced with vanilla & rum lead to soft liquorice notes & a full-bodied, rich, balanced bitterness for a soft, toasty finish.

Beneath the glassy surface, something stirs. A modern beast of hoppy proportions, Nessie rises from the depths with a crisp, snappy bite and a powerful, resinous grip.

This is no murky myth—Nessie is a West Coast IPA in its purest, most ferocious form. Built on an ultra-clean, low-colour Pilsner malt skeleton, it’s all about the hops. The newly crowned Krush leads the charge, hurling waves of pine needles and sun-ripened berries. Mosaic lurks beneath, adding a dank, fruity growl, while a spectral wisp of Talus in the whirlpool weaves in sub-threshold lactones—ghostly enhancers of hop aroma.

NZ Superdelic oils the gears, letting the yeast unleash a torrent of grapefruit peel, sticky resin, and a bitter finish that clings like a creature from the deep.

Adventures in beer Vol.3: Breda, Frontaal Brewing. Travelling to the Netherlands to catch up with Dutch rock stars Frontaal brewing is the latest in beer adventures. These guys crank out awesome beers across Europe and the plan for this collab was to lug a big dose of fresh harvested 2025 NZ hops over. Filling the luggage with delicious amplifre Nelson and Riwaka from Clayton hops we have made a big ballsy Hazy IPA with a huge dank NZ character of sticky passionfruit pulp, sweet cannabis and mushy mango smoothie. A soft, creamy and smooth drinkability rounds out the experience.

One of our most awarded beers. This beer was inspired by a trip to the continent of wheat driven styles. This is fundamentally a traditional Bavarian wheat beer but our take, whilst being true to its origins, has our own twist with a mix of local and imported ingredients. This mix stacks the beer with that distinct Euro flavour and delivers that authentic frothy head. The finished beer is un-fined and un-filtered so roll bottles gently for your cloudy drinking pleasure.

When thunder claps on the slopes and denim cuts through powder, you know Zeus Skis in Jeans. This West Coast IPA is a bold collaboration between Colorado's Westbound & Down and Queenstown's Altitude Brewing - a meeting of mountain minds and hop-forward intent. Expect a clean, dry finish with punchy bitterness and layers of grapefruit, resin, and pine. Brewed with precision and balance, it's a throwback to classic West Coast flavour with modern freshness. No haze. No nonsense. Just a powerful hop character and old-school swagger. For gods who don't follow trends - and definitely don't wear snow pants.
