Dive into the magic of the sea, with Hendricks NEPTUNIA. An extraordinary new gin from our Cabinet of Curiosities. Hendricks NEPTUNIA is based on Hendricks Gin with its signature foundation of rose and cucumber, but with an additional wave of flavour from an invigorating blend of sea kelp, coastal thyme and  lime, which has that huge maritime story and history behind it. And all three of those come together, layered above our original Hendricks Gin recipe, to create a gin that has depth and an earthiness, but also has that fresh, herbaceous feeling which comes from the coastal thyme and the lime itself. Unmistakably Hendricks with an added infusion of locally sourced botanicals, Hendricks NEPTUNIA combines a smooth, citrus finish with a unique hint of the distant sea breeze.

TASTING NOTES:
Alluring juniper character, lengthened with the deep earthy notes of Scottish sea botanicals and the fresh character of coastal herbs.

SERVING SUGGESTION:
Mix with soda, simple syrup and a squeeze of lime, garnished cucumber sliced to create a Hendrick's Neptunia Fizz.

A gorgeous example of German Cab Franc made by master of Wine Sam Harrop and Pfalz based winemaker Gerd Stepp. Red and dark fruits are wrapped in savoury and spice complexity, placing the wine somewhere between Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah.

Viura de Cabezadas comes from our youngest vineyards, with an average age of 30 years, planted on calcareous soils. We determine the time on the lees and the type and length of aging individually for each vintage, using a combination of stainless steel, concrete tanks, and used barrels.

Fresh and subtle nose, pure aromas of stone fruit with a touch of white flowers and phosphorus. Light and crisp on the palate, yet with good fruit concentration and a refreshing, dry, and slightly mineral finish.

Bideona Vino de Pueblo Villabuena (V1BN4)

Villabuena makes some of our favourite wines, which tend to be a perfect example of the ideal, middle-weight, highly drinkable, yet extremely age-worthy Rioja Alavesa.

Vineyard parcels are on hillsides, around 500 m above sea level, and well protected by the Sierra Cantabria. Ripening is later than in Laguardia but earlier than in Leza, giving the most beautiful balance between freshness, elegance and good fruit concentration. Bideona Villabuena shows precise and pure berry aromas, finely grained tannins and an amazing flow on the palate, even when young.

Shiraz Cabernet Blend

Deep crimson with ruby hues. Intensely perfumed aromas of raspberry, blackberry, black plum, violets and almond blossom, with nuances of bay leaf, vanilla pod, black pepper and dried herbs. The palate leads with dark forest fruits, supported by baking spice,  sage and Dutch cocoa, balanced by fine-grained tannins and refreshing acidity for a  long, lingering finish.

Johann's Garden is named as a tribute to the early Silesian community of the Barossa, many of whom carried the first name of Johann. Their toil, perseverance and conservatism in hardship has meant that the many generations that followed rejoiced in the riches of their prudent efforts. This blend is just one of those blessings. The traditions and culture have survived to this day. including the traditional winemaking techniques of open-top fermentation used in this Grenache blend. It is produced from low-yielding Barossa Survivor Vines, categorised by the Barossa Old Vine Charter as vines that are equal or greater than 70 years old. These gnarled, dry-grown bush and trellised vines are grown on limestone soils from selected vineyards in the Barossa Valley. Barossa growers traditionally referred to their vineyard as their garden, from the German weingarten.

Grenache and Mataro were vinified separately then matured in seasoned French oak hogsheads for 10 months prior to blending and bottling. Bright ruby with garnet hues. Perfumed aromas of freshly cut plum and rhubarb are complemented by delicate notes of violet and lavender, with alluring hints of fresh mace, nutmeg and white pepper. The palate is rich, juicy and plush, with fresh red berries, raspberry and vanilla spice flavours, carried by fresh acidity and a long, elegant finish of fine tannins.

Shiraz Grenache Mataro blend

Deep crimson with violet hues. Lifted aromas of blueberry, blackberry, mulberry and Satsuma plum, with nuances of lavender, rose petal, violets, pepper and brown baking spice. A complex palate of blue and red fruits with hints of anise and white pepper, supported by bright acidity, fine tannins and excellent length.

Aromas of preserved lemon citrus, flint, almond, cardamon, and ginger. The palette is structured and vibrant with unique saline tension. Flavours of new season pear and apricot, white peach and vanilla bean. Un-fined, unfiltered.

Cape Byron ‘The Original’ Australian Single Malt Whisky, the signature expression, aged in American oak ex-bourbon casks.

The colour of a Byron Bay sunset. The palate offers soft vanilla, creme brulee, and biscotti characters, layered over distinct notes of pear, coconut and buttery macadamia.

Chortle chortle, merriment and mirth. Oh, but seriously though, this is a very tasty mezcal, made in Tlacolula in Mexico's Oaxaca region. It was twice distilled in copper stills and the result garnered a "Best of the Best" Best Aged Mezcal from the 2012 Tequila.net Awards.

A 70cl bottling of the classic Ilegal Joven mezcal. This stuff is excellent, and it's produced using traditional methods, like roasting the agave in an earthen pit, which is always appreciated.

This product starts life as classic Mr. Black coffee & spirit infusion, before being placed in some very unique and special barrels. The folks over at Illegal Mezcal in Oaxaca, Mexico had been experimenting with aging mezcal in oak, which of course piqued the interest of Mr. Black. After resting the coffee liqueur in ex-mezcal casks they added in a touch of Ilegal Joven Mezcal.

The final blend brings notes of nutmeg, spice and roasted agave, alongside Mr Black’s signature Arabica coffee flavour. The mezcal adds deep complexity to the liqueur, making this one a winner for contemplative sipping.

This rum is aged up to 7 years in ex-bourbon barrels, with a taste profile of mature honey with hints of toasted oak, almond and vanilla. Appreciate neat or combined with your preferred mixer.

This silky-smooth Silver rum, from our own heritage sugarcane, is only moderately filtered giving it a light straw appearance. With its pure and distinctive taste, Tanduay Rum Silver is for those seeking greater complexity and sophistication.

This rum is aged up to 5 years in ex-bourbon barrels, with a taste profile of green ripe fruits with hints of burnt sugar, mandarin and vanilla. Perfect for sipping straight yet well-balanced for mixing.

Blended rum from the Philippines, rested in ex-bourbon oak barrels and infused with a host of exotic native spices. With ripples of vanilla, cinnamon, baking spices, and tropical fruit, this will be ideal for splashing in your favourite mixer or shaking up into some vibrant cocktails.

Honey and caramel sweetness cushions elegant layers of cinnamon, cooked banana, pineapple, and prickles of warming ginger, with silky oaken vanilla throughout.
