Reminiscent of coffee and dark chocolate, this dark ale exhibits a mild sweetness and finishing roast dryness. This big ol’ Brown Porter is a Mammoth legend. And what’s nice to know is that no nuts were harmed or used during the brewing of this beer

Hopped at two pounds per barrel, our IPA unites a strong malt flavor with a wonderfully intense aromatic finish. A favorite among the staff at the brewery so make sure you can get your hands on it before they do!

The hoppy aromas of the beer are due to the dry hopping, where the Citra and Mosaic hops are added in cold lagering.

Pours deep dark red colour, with a light pink, compact and lacing head. Soft fruity aroma, with hints of almond and mildly sour cherries on the nose. The palate is sweet and fruity, with a nice balance between sweet and sour. An excellent dessert beer.

Waterloo Grand Cru is a robust and authentic beer with a strong character. The taste is wonderfully complemented by subtle fruity notes of banana and apple. The spices, from coriander and the peel of bitter orange, add a refined complexity and an inviting aroma. This beer is full of flavour, with a light texture and the full spectrum of yeast aromas. A classic Belgian beer that is both tasty and dangerously seductive.

Tripel Karmeliet 0.4% is a low-alcohol alternative that closely resembles the character of the classic Tripel Karmeliet. In the glass, the beer is golden yellow and light, clear and radiant, with a lush, creamy white head that holds its shape and gives the beer an elegant appearance.

Duivelsbier Wild takes its time coming to fruition as the beer naturally re-ferments in the bottle. Wild yeast, Brettanomyces (aka Brett), is sourced from the walls of Boon's oldest wooden lambic vessel barrels and brings a refined balance of fruity flavours and earthy aromas.
