Johnnie Walker Sweet Peat 500ml

Too often pitched as opposite extremes on the Scotch whisky flavour spectrum, peat smoke and sweetness can actually work together remarkably well. This fact is exemplified in Sweet Peat from Johnnie Walker, which blends powerful peat and citrus flavours with sweet Speyside character and a luscious sherried note. The result is a flavour profile full of rich caramel and vanilla flavours, a light spiciness and wisps of warming wood smoke.

A limited-edition whisky from Johnnie Walker, inspired by the books of George R.R. Martin's and the TV series Game of Thrones.

Created by whisky specialist George Harper and his team, this whisky features malts from Scotch Whisky distilleries such as Clynelish and Cardhu, among others.

The bottle has a temperature-sensitive graphic that will spell out the words “Winter is here” when it's at the right temperature for serving.

SMELL Fresh citrus fruitiness.  

TASTE Bursts of black pepper and cinnamon.  

FINISH A long, lingering smoky finish.

A variation of Kura The Whisky blended malt whisky, which has enjoyed a finishing period in casks that previously held rum. We're rather fold of rum cask finished whiskies, as they help to bolster any lip-smacking fruit notes - and that's exactly what has happened here.

Wild Turkey Kentucky Spirit Single Barrel 1L

The company's 'Kentucky Spirit' is a limited release, 101°proof release drawn from a single barrel. Each barrel is hand-selected at the peak of maturity before the bourbon is poured out and bottled.

A stickler for quality, Jimmy Russell personally selects each of the barrels used. His challenge is to find single barrels that capture the essence of Wild Turkey, while at the same time, having a similarity that gives each taste of Kentucky Spirit consistency from bottle to bottle.

10.5% - Triple Hazy IPA

It’s Maths 101, Garage Project and Green Cheek style. 2+2=5, a massive synergistic mash up of hop and grape aromatics, blending Southern Cross, Idaho 7 and fat stacks of Mosaic and Nelson Sauvin with a huge hit of Phantasm Sauv Blanc powder. The result is a swirl of gooseberry, pineapple, tropical jasmine, Raro fruit and just a touch of what our friends at Green Cheek refer to as the ‘Devil’s Lettuce’. Definitely a collab that’s greater than the sum of its parts.
